Celeste at La Cantera

Celeste La Cantera has such an outstanding beautiful community. This is such a great place to live, and it allows everyone to be social due to the number of events there are. I don’t have any complaints, and I know that I can count on being satisfied. I was amazed by the exceptional service provided by Ashley and Lis . I encourage many to come take a tour! You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve lived in 6 different apartments in the last 12 years. Celeste at La Cantera is the only one I bothered to write a review for. That’s how great the management and maintenance teams are.

When I moved in there were no maps, and you could get lost in the hallways. So, they added maps! There were no security cameras. So they added security cameras! There was no way to let visitors in, so they added an app for guest access!

This is really a great team. They listen to residents and try really hard to make living here as pleasant as possible.

We've lived at Celeste for almost a year. We sold our house during the boom and weren't sure what we were going to think about renting. We have been EXTREMELY HAPPY with our decision! This is truly a luxury, upscale complex. The amenities are top notch, with a beautiful roof top pool, entertainment area and workout area. Last month they cleaned the pool area from top to bottom and replaced cushions and decor.

We've never heard of anyone breaking in or stealing cars or packages and we've never experienced that. One of the main reasons we chose this complex is for the parking garage. We have high end cars and love them to be garaged. Never any issue. But they have installed parking garage cameras recently, along with cameras in and around the complex.

We are constantly commenting on how well the groundskeepers keep everything maintained. They have a convenient online trouble ticket system and we've used it a couple times. They have always been responsive. The complex cleaning lady is amazing! She's constantly cleaning the halls, elevators, trash room, entrances, from the floors to wiping down the window sills...It always smells so fresh! Yesterday she was cleaning the step plate of the elevator! Just above and beyond for the maintenance guys and cleaning lady.

Our condo is fantastic and we've never heard anyone on either side of us. There is a little noise when people walk in the condo above us, but that's to be expected. The walls are so thick that we can't hear the fireworks at Fiesta TX or the music at The Rock (outdoor event space around the corner).

The management/office staff are incredible. They've listened and addressed our concerns or questions every single time...and very patiently. Special shout out to Liz and her fun, infectious laugh! The lobby has a nice hangout area with complimentary Starbucks drink machine. And they have grab n go breakfast items during the week, bring in yummy food trucks and host occasional brunches and parties.

The entire area, including the park in between us and The Residences, is so walkable. We feel super safe and there are always people out walking the dogs or sitting in the park. We commented at Christmas that it looks like a Hallmark movie :)

We don't have any intention of leaving any time soon!

I lived at Celeste for a little over 2 years. Unfortunately I had to move out due to a promotion at work that relocated me to Dallas. I say “unfortunately” because Celeste was one of the best places I have lived here in San Antonio. If it was up to me, I probably would have lived there until I retired. There are so many good things I can say about the apartment complex. The area is nice being so close to The Shops at La Cantera and there is plenty of open space to walk around. Pet owners paradise even though I did not have a pet of my own. The staff at Celeste are amazing. The leasing office, housekeeping, and facilities all are wonderful people who are caring, respectful, and kind. They are also great at what they do. The amenities and overall apartment complex is kept so clean! Like extremely clean. You can definitely tell they hold it to a luxury standard (as advertised). I also truly believe the prices are justifiable to the space and area. You definitely get your money’s worth. You can also tell that the leasing office cares about the community. They hold events for the residents and even have various food trucks come by to solve those late night debates for dinner. This review is already so long and I am sure I am rambling at this point but truly - I cannot thank Celeste and their staff enough. They truly made me feel at home which is what it all comes down to when picking a place to live. I was always so relieved to be coming home because I knew I would be comfortable and safe. Thank you for everything!

Has been a great place to live so far. The front office people and maintenance team are fantastic! There are some loud parties from time to time, but that is normal for any rental home. I will say that there has been crime, but the property management team has tried to implement what they can to prevent and deter car break-ins. If you want a building to rent at with lots of amenities and walking distance to shopping and restaurants, then look no farther as Celeste is your place.

I recently toured a potential apartment at Celeste at La Cantera, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The facility is top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The amenities are fantastic, making it a standout choice. Overall, a positive and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Went on a tour close to closing and Rosemarie was amazing. She went way over and beyond I can't say enough. She took her time showing us all the wonderful amenities, grounds and floor plans. The property was impressive, so clean and well kept. Even the workout room smelled fresh. We can't wait to call this beautiful property home!

Update all though we loved our time in the beginning it did go downhill after we had upstairs neighbor move in who just had no regard for noise. The noise was so disruptive to our sleep because it would have well after midnight. We had to call in noise reports regularly and emails sent to management . It's really unfortunate we had to leave due to this because we loved everything else. Alot of the good ones moving out due to this issue from what I hear which can only lead to a lot more issues for complex. Hopefully they take care of this issue better it would be a shame for such a beautiful complex to falter.
