This Michelin starred restaurant (as of 2024) is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Paris and under the direction of creative chef Simone Zanoni, lending the cuisine a modern Italian flair with international influences (Peruvian, Japanese). The decoration is very elegant, luminous; and the ambiance chic yet relaxed, in part thanks to the attentive and friendly staff service. Great selection of small appetizers beautifully presented. Main courses have rich taste albeit on the small side.

Lovely interior and attentive service. They gave us a focaccia to start with and a chocolate dessert to end with which was a nice touch. The chicken ravioli was quite salty but the tortellini carbonara was delicious. Overall, the food didn’t wow me but the experience here was a treat.

This Michelin rated restaurant is located in the Four Seasons Hotel. We were sat right at the entrance of the restaurant. I really hate sitting at the entrance as it is the busiest and it is distracting from the experience of eating. I should have asked to be moved further back into the restaurant which is beautiful. They give you little chairs for your bags. The waiter was really nice. We ordered the tasting menu and there were two selections so we decided to choose both options so we could try everything. The free item they gave us was the fried mini shrimps. Very good! Already love the first dish, was excited to try the rest. The flat bread stock they gave was also tasty. The first thing they brought over after was the pumpkin soup. It was good. Better with each sip. Noticed that I liked it more and more as I sipped it. Next was a crab cake. Fantastic! So good! Next was both tuna dishes. One was tartare on top of a fried thing that resembles tater tots. I normally don’t like raw stuff but it was ok. Didn’t want to finish it because I was trying to leave room for other things. The other tuna fish had mushrooms and some other flavors which were also interesting to me. Like it too. We didn’t like one of the pasta dishes as it had cheese in it. Maybe you would like it. But it isn’t my cup of tea. Love the other one though. Very tasty! Next was the veal chop which had some fried breading. Very tender. Not my favorite. The seated sea bass was delicious. So crispy! Next to last dish was a cheese dish, no! Don’t like cheese. So you might like it. The dessert was really good! It is a mix of cake and sorbet! There were tiny fish eggs that pop in your mouth. On the bottom was a layer of chocolate. Great experience! Took about 2 hours to finish. Would recommend this place!

We have been planning our family holiday in Paris for some time and wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday so we thought The George was the perfect place for our celebration dinner - we were taking our son back to the place where my wife and I had a cocktail 20 years previously.

The setting was as stunning as we recalled, greeted by the wonderfully friendly front of house staff before reminiscing at the beautiful bar for pre dinner drinks

We were blessed with a lovely warm evening to were seated at the outside courtyard which was as so pretty

The 3 cources were just incredible and each plate danced n the tongue accompanied by a lovely bottle of red from the extensive we wine list

The service from everybody that attended our table was fantastic….like a ballet they co-ordinated the service with efficiency and elegance with a relaxed friendly manner making this refined meal an absolute pleasure

It was our son’s first time at The George and he’s already placed his order on a return visit!

Very elegant place. It’s an Italian 1 star Michelin restaurant. We had the tasting menu, the starters were very good we loved them. For the main we were a little disappointed, very classic it was missing something special for a 1 star. The dessert was surprising and very good. Overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic meal in a beautiful setting. The lamb in particular was the best I’ve had in a long time. Great service and the atmosphere was the perfect balance between lively and not too loud.

This Italian restaurant is inside the Four Seasons Hotel on George V in Paris. Reservations are a must. We were treated to a dining experience in a beautifully decorated courtyard full of orchids. The service and food presentation were impeccable. The food was excellent although I would say that the seafood dishes were better than the meat dishes. I highly recommend the crab starter, the octopus appetizer, the calamari risotto, and the sea bass main course.
