We went there for Wednesday night jazz! It was great with a very welcoming service. Recommend just getting a bottle of wine instead of single glasses.

First natural wine cave I've ever been to, and they've set the bar very high. The staff were so nice and even gave us a bottle of complimentary wine we wanted to try. I'll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our night at Le Barav. The service was excellent, the food and wine was superb and it was irresistibly vibey. Clearly a popular local spot. We thought we'd just pop in to check it out and ended up staying the whole night. The place fills up quickly, so arrive early to secure a table, or enjoy standing, drink in hand, in the company of other patrons. It's a great way to kick off a weekend in Paris.

The restaurant is super local so it is packed with cosutmer as the space is small. The food is typical french food. Ww hadthe steak which is nice.price is affordable. Note that you will need to wait a bit long for seat if you come for the dinner ans the seats are really close to other people. So not recommend for those who does not like such vibe
Overall, it is a nice local french restaurant for porc, cheese and french speciality

A true authentic gem in a very upmarket Paris neighbourhood! Authentic Auvergne wine, cheese & charcuterie are the specialties of the house, which is a very generous house! Service is friendly, with good English, though is very efficient as this place is usually packed like a tin of happy sardines. Can’t wait to return to try more!

Very small cosy place but a little bit music was missing..
the wine sélection was 6 dif wines only white and red, no rosé… kind of dissapponting part. Little bit of high prices for what you get.

Loved loved this place. Couldn't have had a better experience the staff were super helpful and informative, I love that I didn't have to cook the meat myself. We got beef and the lambs and a few starters which was more than enough for two people. Our server was really nice and friendly.

One of the best experiences I had in Paris. Warm and lively atmosphere, very accommodating staff and high quality small bites along with the wine. You can pick your own bottle from the attached store and they will open it for you for a small fee. Prices are more than reasonable.

Will be coming back every time I'm in Paris.

Upon entering, welcome and seating service was not too pleasant. Once seated, the experience changed. The gentleman who took care of us, Jacob, was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious. Ordered "La Terre" menu. Great variety with perfect flavors. Many thanks to the Chef! Highly recommended

Super busy, super delicious and excellent service! Best restaurant we ate at while visiting Paris for the week. The pork rillettes were amazing. My husband said his burger was the best burger he ever had. Our server was wonderful and she also Spanish which made it much easier for us to communicate. A must visit!
Great place to try wines by the glass. It is a true Cave/bar a vin. If you are looking for a place to drink different and well curated wines, in a topical Cave, you are going to the right place.

Don’t be shy and instead of buying a bottle, experiment several wines in the selection. If you are in a group, it is a good opportunity to try different things.

Their charcuterie and small plates are a great pairing.

Certainly one of the finest Korean BBQ restaurants I have eaten at from around the world. The service and atmosphere are impeccable. The spicy tofu soup was the best I have ever tasted. The marinated pork belly melted in my mouth full of the finest flavor. Only downside was that I splurged on the rib-eye steak and it was not on pair with the other dishes and not worth the additional fee. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience worth repeating.

The classic french cuisine, and i have to say service was great, the lady was very friendly and i felt welcomed.

The onion soup was extremely flavourful, and the duck confit was extremely tender ( i had really tough ones).. Try and you would not be disappointed.

This is, hands down, the best wine and cheese bar I've been to in Paris. The charcuterie and cheese are so fresh and delicious. The other little bites we had (octopus and ham and cheese sammy) were delicious also. The wine was superb. You have the option of selecting a bottle from the wine shop or tasting different varieties via a glass. Service and the music were an added bonus! This place is a must visit while in Paris.

We enjoyed lunch at Le Petit Vendome. While the establishment was small and buzzing with customers, it was a very good experience. The place buzzed with french locals enjoying meals with family and friends.

I ordered the plate of the day - veal in mushroom cream sauce, and my family had the homemade pate and the beef cheek stew. All dishes came out quickly, portions were big, and the quality and taste were fantastic.

I would highly recommend a visit!

Legitimately the best wine bar I’ve ever been to. Craig made this experience a core memory for us and we will 100% make the trip back to Paris just for him and this place. 100/10 would recommend.

We stopped in for a drink before dinner and were really happy that we did. The staff was very helpful and patient and offered to interpretate the menu to assist us with our small plate. Ohhh, I wish we weren't going to dinner as we would have eaten more small plates, we had the pickled egg, and it was delicious. The venue is small and cute, with a good vibe. The staff helped us select some great natural wine, and we had a taste and picked what wine we wanted to go with, and that was very handy and lovely. We will visit again when in the area next.
Good Korean restaurant with nice BBQ option. Some dishes are very innovative while others are kept traditional. The BBQ was magnificent and they cook to medium rare perfection, right in front of you. Definitely a good option for Korean in Paris

Soon Grill is definitely a restaurant to visit if you are craving for a Korean barbecue and are in the Marais area.

We went for their 40 days dry aged Simmental sirloin and the marinated beef ribs in soy sauce… both were very flavorful and served in generous portions.

The interior decoration is stunning and they also have typical Korean low tables.

Staff is polite, efficient and very discreet (which is a positive or negative depending on individual preferences)

My suggestion if you are planning to visit this wine bar is do not. The owner was incredibly rude and charged us EU34 on a bottle of wine, (we drank 2), that was marked EU24. When we queried this she rudely told us that it was because we drank the wine in the bar as opposed to taking it home. She then suggested that she had told us that when we entered which was not true, when we entered she told us if we drank the wine there we would have to buy food as she had only a restaurant license and not a bar license, which we agreed to. There was no mention of the additional 10 Euros we would be required to pay on the bottle and I am not sure why a restaurant would charge you a penalty for drinking their wine in their establishment. The wine arrived slightly warm, an ice bucket was provided which we appreciated, however, we enjoy our wine very cold, we asked if we could have a glass of ice to pop a cube into our glass, to which she vehemently said no as the producers who worked very hard to produce the wine would not like that. This is possibly true but it seemed very unimportant to her how we would like to enjoy our wine. We ordered the Andouille and Saucisson, both were unpalatably salty and the ambiance is deathly silent. To be honest I really believe the hype around this wine bar, due I'm sure to Action Bronson visiting, is totally overrated, it is pretentious and there are so many other amazing natural wine bars around Paris where you will receive great wine with great, informative and friendly service. And lastly, all this interaction with her happened in front of other customers with no concern as to how awkward they may feel, a terrible and embarrassing experience.

We just got home from a wonderful experience trying a variety of wines and chatting with Craig in this comfortable and unpretentious space. Really loved the atmosphere, feeling welcome (Canadians and Mexican that enjoy wine), and experiencing the wine with great conversation, knowledge and service from Craig. Definitely hope to go back for a jazz night. The thoughtful collaboration with creativity, art, and wine is really special.

Had a delicious dinner here. The prices are affordable and portions are huge.
We got escargot for starters which were delicious. For mains, we got the veal and duck confit and both were so flavoursome, meat was tender and garnishes were delicious.
We couldn’t leave without trying the pistachio creme brulee as well which ended the meal perfectly.
Service could be improved. Meals came out fast but it was very hard to get the waitresses’ attention. Had to ask for the bill twice as she kept forgetting and distracted doing other things.
Fantastic little bistro - we visited during one of the very hot late summer days, and it made us little annoyed to start with, and tired right from start, but the food really turned us around.
Absolutely fabulous lamb in very strong wine (?) reduction and ratatouille - I mean WOW! The combination of flavours was amazing and so tasty, we licked the plate with bread all the way to clean. The Tarte tatin for desert was great too, but part of it slightly burned.
Delicious food and amazing experience - nice service and fun Parisian bistro, but quite cramped and VERY hot inside - so beware.
Lovely lovely experience.
It's unfortunate that the restaurant was busy and short-staffed, leading to longer waits and difficulty getting attention. Found a hair in the Caesar salad and on the floors which is definitely not ideal for hygiene. I felt I paid more than the value I received. Anyways, the head waiter tried to make me comfortable, but it's challenging when they're busy too. Hopefully, they can address these issues to improve the overall dining experience. It's better to takeaway a sandwich than dine in.

Came in looking for a nice bottle of wine to enjoy with some snacks during our evening outdoors. We received such warm guidance, and the bottle they helped us match to our tastes was absolutely perfect. Amazing little shop with a lot of knowledge and patience to find the best for their customer. 75% of their wine selection is natural wine (vegan wine).

This place has an excellent wine selection. The staff was short staffed so it's possible my experience was maybe not norm. We ordered a few bottles of wine which were amazing. We asked numerous times for water and there was a 1/4 chance they'd actually come with water when requested. Our friends ordered the cheese and pork platter, which was huge when you get the big one so be weary, normal and small are plenty!

Such a cute and cosy wine bar! I love the concept. Essentially a caviste from which you purchase a bottle of wine and can drink in the restaurant part of the establishment. We ordered some ravioli and little toasties to snack on with our wine and it was a wonderful evening. The staff was really helpful when picking our wine. I can’t wait to go back!

What an experience I had at this restaurant! I wouldn’t usually go for this type of French restaurant but my friend was very excited to try this highly regarded spot for a long time. I had pigs feet croquets for starter - delicious to my surprise! And the nicest beef cheek dish I’ve ever had for main. For dessert I got a chocolate ganache and unfortunately I could not finish it as I was incredibly full, but the funny thing about this restaurant is that they will be offended and will not take your plate away until you have cleared that plate! I had to play a little trick and hide the remaining ganache with my spoon, but when the server took my plate he quickly realised I hadn’t finished it and gave me very stern eyes!! I still don’t know whether it was sarcasm or not!! Nonetheless, I enjoyed my evening there and would recommend the experience to anyone willing to step out of their comfort zone a little with food because they will be pleasantly surprised!

Very rude owner and bad experience. Vast but worthless selection of wines. I think they are in business just because they have a very generic name and they come up first when you type wine bar. A literal trap.
Large selection of natural wine. Small and ok selection of food, the beef ham with almonds was a highlight for me. Very local ambiance, this is clearly a place people like to hangout, and that rubs off on casual visitors too. The service however felt a bit like it was a victim of the cave’s popularity. Kudos for the democratic price policy

You’d be a fool to walk past without ducking your head in daily to see what was going on in this place. We were invited by a new friend in the city for jazz night and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. The mood was conversational and the bar staff felt like they’d met you before. The decor was brilliant and of course we couldn’t make a fault with the wines on offer.
Make a booking!
Definitely need to visit

Cool spot to hang around with friends and a glass of wine. Small food stuff available too. Crowded, you’re likely to stand, inside or on the sidewalk, until a tiny spot at the bar opens up. Reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere.
Very good styling and presentation of food, can see why is repeatedly listed in Michelin Guide. Had the set menu, excellent value for money. Very good service. Only downside was that on a hot day and cooking at table they didn't want to turn on AC. If it's a hot day suggest asking to be seated downstairs as its much cooler
Best Korean food I’ve had outside of South Korea, great service, and good value for the price !
The restaurant was Michelin recommended for a few years in a row, we didn’t know that before going there, so it was a good surprise for us !
The food and service did not disappoint. We have ordered a lot of food for only 2 people, it was very delicious and authentic. Each dish was mind blowing. I never eat chicken wings, but these were so delicious I couldn’t get enough. We also had the dumplings, pancakes, bullock, and dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were big. The food also came with a variety of side dishes. Definitely worth the price.
The staff were also very nice and friendly. They were welcoming and gave us proper advice when we asked questions about the menu and quantity.

I had a surprisingly delicious lunch here off the lunch menu a few months ago, can't remember what I ordered but I remember how good it was. From the outside it looks like a chain restaurant and being so close to the train station, I assumed it wouldn't be good, but my meal was creative and full of flavor. Thanks to other reviewers for pointing me to this place I never would have tried otherwise. Be warned, it's crowded at lunchtime on weekdays, so you might want to book ahead.

Daron is fantastic. His wine is delightful. His little shop is adorable. We had a great in promptu evening with cheese, bread and wine. It was like visiting a friend. Go there, experiene french wines and parisian hospitality.
Wonderful Asian restaurant with very tasty and really cheap food. The staff is friendly and the location is great.
We order crusty salmon as main dish and chicken with peanut sauce as starter. It was really good.
small but perfectly formed wine bar - service was super good, chill but knowledgeable. we stopped by for a few glasses of skin contact wine but I actually didn’t like the bottle that they had open so the bartender switched mine for a delish glass of white. no drama, no pretentiousness.

the small plates are amazing, we had a plate of ‘beef ham’ which was served with lemon and v good olive oils and was actually a highlight of the trip !!

Fantastic place, cute little bistro serving pretty classic but very well executed dishes. The wine list is amazing and you have a dozen of excellent natural wines by the glass with great variety on offer. Can’t wait to go back again!
Good restaurant, the places seemed very clean and the staff was super friendly. Overall nice experience. I had the duck with ginger.
The wine was good, but as a focused wine bar it could have some higher quality BTG options (and just more of a range). I know wine by the glass in Europe is usually very cheap and it's probably hard to get people to move beyond that, but not everyone needs to be 6 or 7 euros. They also desperately need better glassware. It's very hard to smell what I'm drinking in those tiny little dollar store glasses.

As a "parle Angle?" American visiting Paris for the first time I was welcomed with open arms in this friendly local wine cave. The people sipping wine and eating charcuterie on the sidewalk lured me in, but the proprietor and server kept me at the bar with their hospitality. They suggested amazing wines (which were dirt cheap) and dropped some knowledge on my wife and me. Definitely a place to just relax, have several glasses of wine and many laughs during a long leisurely evening.
Great little wine bar just off the main bistro. Staff is super friendly and helpful with choice of wines! All natural wines aswell.

Wonderful, tiny, yet cute wine bar. Very friendly owner who spoke excellent English and recommended a lovely glass of red wine from Toulouse. He joined us for a drink at the bar and gave us a delicious plate of sliced cured ham (for me) and olives (for my vegan girlfriend) to accompany the wine. Was a lovely experience and we will return the next time we are in Paris.
Fred(owner) was great! We visited this place several times over the course of our week in Paris and had great wine and conversation. Fred even hand picked bottles for us when we wanted to take wine on our return trip.

As an Englishman, walking into La Baratin is what one expects from Paris. Greeted with immediate ambivalence, you are ushered into mahogany seats as the bad cop bar tender tutters at your linguistic impotence and the good cop waiter soothes you, offering cute descriptions of the illegible chalk board menu. The food itself is a delicious blend of old and new French cuisine. Where Bordeaux flows as freely as a magnum of Sardinian blanc. Starters (14 euro approx) were slimy and satisfying - carpaccio oysters brought alive by flakes of coriander, tartare of fish with nutty root veg. Mains were bold (24-32 Euro), buttery staples of sweetbreads and lamb - no frills with the garnish. It’s all about the main event. Desert was chocolate mousse, dark silky and moorish and a pear sponge, unctuous and caramelised. A place well worth the trip.

Wonderful, wonderful bistro. The food was extraordinary, and you can tell the ingredients are very fresh. The cooking was excellent. Instead of the usual 1 appetiser, 1 main and 1 dessert. I ended up eating 3 appetizers, 2 mains all by myself because it was just so so good.

The raw sardine was extremely fresh and fatty, no bad ocean smell at all.

The veal tongue was boiled to a nice tender texture, even better than most other beef tongues I've tried.

The veal intestine cooked in tomato sauce and capers was amazingly soft and tender.

Extremely tender lamb neck with various vegetables, sweet spices and rice. The meat was so juicy and soft I didn't even need to use a knife. The highlight was the piece of lamb tendon which was very silky and soft. The variety of vegetables such as chilli peppers, ginger, onion, garlic gave a very middle-eastern twist to the overall flavour of the dish. INCREDIBLE.

Amazing drinks and great boards. Lots of seating inside and downstairs. So happy we found this place. Great value for what you get and the best sangria I've had in France!
The waitress did an impromptu wine tasting for us. She took us through many of the wines on offer and was very knowledgeable, offering us suggestions throughout. Her English was great, thankfully, because my French isn't. Great little find!
Friendly staff in a small bar ( about eight stools along the bar, two small other tables). Good choice of wines, nice looking small plates. Great place to wait for your table at the bistro next door.

We stopped by to kill some time before dinner reservation cross the street. This place made us want to skip dinner and stay. Very welcoming atmosphere, Bartender (owner?) was so friendly and nice to us.
While we were there, many local regulars were coming in for a glass of wine. We went back there after dinner for more wine!
This is a place where I want to visit again when I go to Paris.

Came before dinner at Bistro Paul Bert - the waiter asked what we want and we asked for red wine with our crappy french. He switched to English and asked if we like full bodied wine, we said oui! and he leaves and comes back with 2 glasses of delicious wine. Full bodied? Well, it was delicious anyway. They say the oysters here are great so we will come back for those!
Nice local wine bar with cracking oysters. The guy behind the bar was very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Worth to stop by.

Great little wine bar in the center of Paris, with a very nice and cosy atmosphere.
It has a huge choice of french and hungarian wine..
I recommend this lovely place!

Great wine bar, the kind where you go in and vaguely mumble wine-related terms you think you've heard ('i think i like dry reds?') to the staff and they nod along and then hand you something delicious.
