Be aware of this cruel place they claim to sell teacup puppies I was looking for second dog and to my surprise they sold me a few weeks old with wrong birth details and the pup is too small to be away from his mother even my vet was surprised and confirmed it’s not a mini breed but just few weeks pup which is heartbreaking to separate them this age :(

The worst groomer. He took 3 hours to cut her hair. I asked him for something and he delivered this ugly job. Very uneven like a toddler did the job. Would not recommend for maltese.

Love this location. It’s very clear the owner cares a lot about the animals in his store.
From my understanding, he fosters some of them in his own home so they get the right socialization before adoption and loves them like they’re his children. Very rare to see that kind of attention and care.
Worth every penny.

an ok place. the staff are friendly and nice their services are reasonably priced, however the quality of their services are not consistent. Sometimes they do an ok job and sometimes they don’t fulfill the full service properly. An example: sometimes they would brush my cat’s teeth and sometimes they wouldn’t? even though it’s included in the package. they do not trim my cat’s nails properly and and they end up being uneven. Also I would like to point out that there is constant barking and dogs roaming around which makes the environment not so friendly for cats, especially considering that not all cats are used to barking or being around dogs. I bring in my cat for monthly grooming, and it’s known that cats tend be anxious or stressed during bath time or being in an unfamiliar environment, and when puppies are around barking it creates extra stress for the cats, which makes them even more fidgety and nervous during their grooming session, this hinders the groomer to do the job properly as they get worked up by trying to calm the cat down :/ i think this is why their grooming services are not consistent. Obviously dogs will bark no matter what but the way puppies are roaming around, peeing/pooping on the floor in front of customers is really off putting…it’s a shame they’re not taking any action by at least keeping the place clean and hygienic, for the customers and their pets.

I've been taking my dog to Pets Club for grooming and to pick up some accessories. The new owner is really helpful and answered all my questions.

Plus, the prices are good! You can tell they're working hard to make the shop even better. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Excellent shop with incredible staff, offering a wide range of pet care products and services. Their grooming is top-notch, and their prices are very fair. Love the friendly atmosphere their, I visit almost every week to check out their new arrivals!
