Be aware of this cruel place they claim to sell teacup puppies I was looking for second dog and to my surprise they sold me a few weeks old with wrong birth details and the pup is too small to be away from his mother even my vet was surprised and confirmed it’s not a mini breed but just few weeks pup which is heartbreaking to separate them this age :(

The worst groomer. He took 3 hours to cut her hair. I asked him for something and he delivered this ugly job. Very uneven like a toddler did the job. Would not recommend for maltese.

Hands down the best place in Abu Dhabi for live reptiles and their needs.
Owners are enthusiasts and they have great knowledge of exotic pets in general and reptiles in particular.
Staff are also great, well trained and attentive.

Love this location. It’s very clear the owner cares a lot about the animals in his store.
From my understanding, he fosters some of them in his own home so they get the right socialization before adoption and loves them like they’re his children. Very rare to see that kind of attention and care.
Worth every penny.

an ok place. the staff are friendly and nice their services are reasonably priced, however the quality of their services are not consistent. Sometimes they do an ok job and sometimes they don’t fulfill the full service properly. An example: sometimes they would brush my cat’s teeth and sometimes they wouldn’t? even though it’s included in the package. they do not trim my cat’s nails properly and and they end up being uneven. Also I would like to point out that there is constant barking and dogs roaming around which makes the environment not so friendly for cats, especially considering that not all cats are used to barking or being around dogs. I bring in my cat for monthly grooming, and it’s known that cats tend be anxious or stressed during bath time or being in an unfamiliar environment, and when puppies are around barking it creates extra stress for the cats, which makes them even more fidgety and nervous during their grooming session, this hinders the groomer to do the job properly as they get worked up by trying to calm the cat down :/ i think this is why their grooming services are not consistent. Obviously dogs will bark no matter what but the way puppies are roaming around, peeing/pooping on the floor in front of customers is really off putting…it’s a shame they’re not taking any action by at least keeping the place clean and hygienic, for the customers and their pets.

I've been taking my dog to Pets Club for grooming and to pick up some accessories. The new owner is really helpful and answered all my questions.

Plus, the prices are good! You can tell they're working hard to make the shop even better. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Excellent shop with incredible staff, offering a wide range of pet care products and services. Their grooming is top-notch, and their prices are very fair. Love the friendly atmosphere their, I visit almost every week to check out their new arrivals!

The best place and the best price ever .. They are sooo friendly..

I have been to Pets Club already few times in the past couple of weeks and I always get a warm welcome from the owner himself. The shop is very cozy, with all you need for your fluffy ones, they also offer grooming and a bonus is that if you like some free cuddles you are most welcome, there are doggies who will be more than happy for the company.
What I like the most is that the owner keeps only few pups that he can really take care of and give them the attention they need until someone takes them home. You can see when someone puts heart in their business and this is definitely the case. I will be back for sure!

I went with my nieces, sister and brother inlaw to take Meisie their cat and Snoopy their dog to the pet shack for a grooming. The staff was very friendly.

Clean and new pet supplies store that carries bird food from reputable brands like Harrison’s and Zupreem. They have assortment of toys and food for other pets as well. Fair prices and the owner was very welcoming. Overall, an amazing place :)

My experience in Pet Location is extremely positive😊 the staff are very friendly and the store is full of products.

I ordered dog food worth 270aed, it was delivered last Friday. Two days after, Sunday I was charged another 11aed for 'price variance'.

Customer service cannot even explain the matter. Disappointing service.

The owners, groomer, and employees are all very nice and helpful people! They did a wonderful job with my cat and I definitely recommend you take your pets to see them!

We love taking our baby here and wouldn’t trust any other groomers as we have tried several! Plus Leo was amazing with her as our cat is usually very anxious, i would highly recommend. He was super gentle with Arya and was very calm, which made our baby stay calm. And he gave her an extremely cute furcut 🐾 even the rest of the stuff is very friendly and nice

This place is an outright scam. I would not recommend any one who values the welfare of animals to buy from this place. The animals are either sick or have a genetic condition. Please find a reputable source when purchasing animals. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went to this shop the animals have no water or and no food. They are screaming from behind the glass for anyone who can save them. I tried calling the shop many times but no answer.

Its in the center of Pet Market in Mina, Abu Dhabi. I got a few reptiles from them. The owner of the store is quite knowledgeable about the animal and also explains well on how to take care of the the lizard. I highly recommend!

The new location is big and very well organised. The pet spa is now at the same premise and Leo is still the best pet groomer. Hades is always happy with his hairstyle 🐶🧸🐶

Bought a little pup from the store recently. Firstly, i would like to thank the staff who went out of their way to help me find my perfect pet. From suggestions to advise on feeding and care....all were taken care of and i was guided in a proper way. The puppy is very playful and healthy. Its obvious that he was looked after with proper love and care. I am glad i made a right choice to purchase from Petz N Stuff. Thank you for the follow ups and checking on the health of my puppy over the phone & for answering all my queries. I would highly and gladly recommend this store for the quality of pets they sell and for the clean and healthy environment they keep the pets in and for a price that's among the lowest in the market.

i bought a golden retriever and it is obvious from the pets attitude that he was taken care of. very friendly and happy.

I got a Golden Retriever puppy from this shop and below is my complete experience:
The shop is located in a main city and easily accessible.
The shop is well maintained and all the puppies looks well taken care off. They have all the documents for puppies.
We dealt with Mr. Rahul and he is highly informed about dogs. Within sometime we realized he is a genuine pet lover who cared about his pets in shop and followup later.
We took our Baby Dora home and he was nice enough to open for us on a Friday.
After a couple of days she started having vomiting and we got concerned. We contacted Rahul and he was more than helpful with us. As soon as we took Dora to him, he can see she has caught flu, he still helped us to take her to Vet and did checkup for any other issue. It was a normal flu and within a couple of days she was up and running.
Throught the process Rahul has helped us in all our queries and provided all the support possible to make Dora part of our family.
I will highly recommend him to others if you are looking for puppies.

If there is something specific you need, order it online. Otherwise good if you need to pop in to grab some pet supplies. The shop is always tidy and the staff are friendly. Join their reward program for points to redeem for discounts. They also have a decent app!

I have had a great experience buying my pet from this store, they have been extremely helpful and caring and they also arranged for the export and veterinary checkup before buying. It is obvious that the animals are well taken care of as they are all well behaved and clean.
The process was handled by Mr. Rahul who was extremely helpful and it is obvious he loves the animals he’s taking care of.
I recommend this store for anyone interested in rare breeds that are healthy and well taken care of.

Hi quality pets they import them fro Ukraine I bought 2 dogs cavalier king charles spaniel and pug the king Charles toke 20 days to arrive because the need him to get up to the proper age for travel with all vaccine required and I took the pug from the shop they provided free vaccines after sale which was nice there prices are the lowest in the market in Abu Dhabi and they have a grooming shop next door

They had pet I.D. tags and that is all I came for so I am happy. KONG is the only thing my miniature dachshund wont chew up so that was a plus as well! Small store is the only negative
