I definitely find this hotel to be a top five star hotel for its definitive ordinance and structure. The staff are extremely diligent and punctual at the most arranged timing. I also really prefer their restaurant Mai Cafe which has a tasty allotment of food and their service is astounding and very hospitable even upon entry. I refer anyone whom comes here is definitely going to have an Amazing experience of a Lifetime.

This place is the worst of the worst. I do not have a single good thing to say honestly. My daughter and I traveled to Milwaukee to see a doctor who specializes in her rare health condition. She is a pretty sick child with a compromised immune system, and needs to rest frequently. The lady at the front desk was high and reeked of weed. The doors into the hotel have key card spots to get into the building, but instead all the doors were unlocked and open and anyone could just walk in. This made me and my child feel very unsafe. We found our room on the second floor (no elevator so if you have luggage, you have to carry it all up yourself, which isn't ideal for two disabled girls). The key card didn't work. I had to leave my kid and all the luggage by herself to go back to the front and get a new key card. The second one didn't work either. The security guard had to let us in after I tried a third key card, and we never did get a working key card. The room was filthy. White stuff and dirt all over the carpet. I found hair left over in one of the beds and in the shower. The drain in the shower barely drained. The entire hotel smells like weed. It was so strong by our front door my daughter almost puked. I would have immediately left if my daughter didn't need to rest. It was late at night and I couldn't be driving around Milwaukee with a sick kid looking for a hotel. The owner really needs to do something about this place. As a registered nurse with a sick child, I am debating filing a formal complaint with the health department. The room was disgusting and we felt unsafe. Plus, all our clothes and stuff then smelt of marijuana once we got home. This isn't acceptable. Please don't stay here.

Staff is good. Hotel is Not fancy, but fair for the price, pet friendly. air conditioner/heat works. Accurate room photos, Good location. Restaurant connected to hotel was good with full bar great staff. WiFi is free but could be better. Stayed in multiple rooms and patio door (every room has a patio) was Unlocked at check in so check that before you the leave room. Fine for a solo short stay if in town for an event.

Decent priced hotel, with microwave and mini fridge in the room. Every room either has its own patio or balcony. Pet friendly(if they aren't a SERVICE pet there is an extra fee.) Staff is pretty decent too. Maintenance is usually quick, resourceful and friendly. There are some renovations happening (Landscaping the trees and bushes, and changing carpets and other things.)

I've stayed here off and on for several months now and I've never had a problem. Rooms have been clean, staff is always helpful and kind, especially Robert the manager and Andrea, head of housekeeping. There's a beautiful, fenced in courtyard in the back that my dogs and I love. It's clean and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and clean. As a single woman, I feel safe here. NO issues with bugs or anything like that. The restaurant nextdoor has good food. Cant beat the price either most days!

Calling this place a two-star hotel is generous. It seems like renovations were stopped at some point years ago. The furniture seems like it was found on the curb outside of a frat house. The bathrooms were atrocious with black mold miraculously growing on the shower fixtures. The toilet seat looked like it lost a fight.

The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING happening. The lighting in the hallway is so bright and pervasive that you need to block off the bottom of the door to make it somewhat dark. It’s never completely dark because the window shade doesn’t fully cover the sliding glass door.

Worst of all - I found a wood tick in the bed when I woke up and there were always sugar ants around.

Joseph and Mary would skip this place in favor of a manger.
