Poor service. I waited in line to be assisted. Associate finished helping a customer and sat her desk surfing the web. I had to holler at her what to let her know I needed.

I went to this place to ask about a parking ticket I received due to be at a commuter parking spot and at the moment I got to their office a man looking woman started to screaming at me like with no reason with an attitude - racist...She said the people at my street where the commuter sign at, they pay monthly fees to get those parking spot .. I'm new in town so the first time I went there to get my car's sticker, the Spanish guy who told me I can park anywhere I want at my street once I get the sticker on my car's window. But he wasn't there that moment but I explained to the man looking woman the Spanish guy was the one who told me that and she was refusing that the guy didn't tell me that.. they act like they have so much power .. I'm Soo disappointed of this city's public places .. hope the the consumer affairs change this soon for a better public place and with professional educated people that treat and respect everyone same 👎

Seeing similar reviews on here about how rude the staff are and have to confirm this is still the case. I dropped my family off outside the garage so they could get their vehicle. No sooner had I pulled over on the street (I didn’t even get out of the car) the attendant came out of his little office and started yelling at us to move. He was extremely rude to my family as they were getting out of the car and stared threateningly at me as I drove away. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

I’ve also gotten a parking ticket from these people in a spot that did not have a no parking sign, a week later they finally put one up. I wish I had contested it in court but I was new in town and just decided to pay it.

I don’t really understand if this is a private company or actually part of the city but they have no respect for people in Rahway and should not receive any in return.

The personnel is completely rude and unprofessional. They don't give no information whatsoever. Obviously there is no management to supervise their behaviors.
What surprises me the most is that they should be looking forward to take my money for a monthly parking pass, instead they make the process very hard.
I have bought a HOUSE remotely, without ever being present at closing, yet it seems impossible to pay $85 for a parking spot!!!
Gives the City of Rahway a terrible reputation too !!!
I will take my money elsewhere!!

Terrible customer service. Been staying at the Watt hotel, a great place to stay. However the rude parking garage workers ruin the experience. Rahway had terrible parking, and the convenience of a garage is a good idea, as long as the staff isn’t unprofessional. Only parked my car for a few minutes while I ran up to my hotel room. Put the ticket in the machine, it was free because it wasn’t more than an hour. Then when pulling out I lost the ticket in the car, the older man working was rude and told me to pay the full price unless he was going to call the cops.

Some of the office staff members here don't know what they're doing. The billing process is automated and no one had a clue of when I was being charged more. They always deny at the first instance. The lady came up with her own rule not to park on the first three floors. It wasn't mentioned anywhere. I realized she tells that to everyone who sign up so there are empty lots at the entry and exit of the garage. Make sure they charge you the right amount because they take ages to refund and bunch of proofs to issue a refund. Incompetent and inefficient employees in office!

Love this parking place, conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and bars. You can dine in or dine out and or take out. They have charging stations for all electric cars. They are opened 24 hours a day and they are very convenient to the train station. There is always a parking attendant there to help you and guide you, and did I mention plenty of parking inside the garage WOW. There parking rates are really really really CHEAP compared to other places when parking inside there garage. The garage is also very very clean and very very safe. Nice job guys thanks.....
