Dr. Anton is such an amazing doctor. She is so kind and is willing to listen to what you have to say. The office manger and some of the reception staff are not pleasant. They can come off very rude. I found with one person if you are not Italian you are not worth their time. If the front part of the office was better this would be a great place.

Slow elevators. Old building. Otherwise ok

Family doctor is amazing, reception is the reason why this office is getting a bad review. Never have i encountered such unpleasant people in my life. For as long as ive been going here they have been nasty, impatient, and never willing to help you with what youre calling about. They sigh and sound so irritated when you ask them any questions and when you go into the office they hardly acknowledge youre there other than telling you to come up to the counter sounding irritated. If you dont like people this much then maybe you shouldnt be a receptionist. Ill change this review if i see a change in the attitude at reception

My complaint with this office is with the rude unprofessional way the receptionists handle inquiries. They ,always sound as though they dislike the job & hate being bothered.

Receptionists are extremely rude, always have been. Every call they sound super annoyed they have to do there job.

Good doctor but the receptionists can be extremely rude and unpleasant.
