The service was great and the drinks were even better! The food was good too, but for some of the prices, I don't know- I guess I expected something a little more. The baked cheese was delicious, but you only need 2 of the 4 foccaccia pieces because there's not enough cheese to warrant all 4. The burger was a little on the small side, and though it said medium it was more like medium well. I still went again, but passed on the burger and went for schnitzel *which was delicious! It was cute how they had themed drinks to the Paramount theater across the street.

We showed up early for our reservation and only had to wait several minutes to be seated. Very organic friendly interaction, not forced or patronizing. The whole meal was seamless, from drinks to the check. The Skagit Valley Chicken Schnitzel was unexpected with yuzu vinaigrette, and it totally works. The Bucatini Amatriciana was excellent, with a kick that lingered, so be prepared. I have to say bucatini pasta is no my favorite. Chewy and a perfect medium to hold the sauce. Cheesy Asian pear with in house made focaccia was perfect. The menu seems to change so no worry about running out of options. We will return. And you should, too, after the first time.

Grab a quick bite before the show at the Paramount. Great cocktails. I ordered a salad with chicken and it was delicious. We sat outside as the weather permitted. Will definitely go back. THE Staff were also very friendly.

Great venue for pre-show dinner. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the schnitzel was the star of the show. Ben and the service team had great recommendations and a style that will have us coming back. A must try for those visiting Seattle.

The Carlile Room was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly, which created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. But let's talk about the food! The beef wagyu - absolutely incredible. It melted in your mouth and the flavors were divine..

Overall, The Carlile Room gets 5 stars across the board. Highly recommend for a delicious meal, great service, and a fun atmosphere!

From Canada and my friend and I happened upon it after a show at Paramount. We absolutely loved the Carlile Room! The hostess was sweet! Our server Cole was wonderful! You all should make sure you sit at his section! Great and fun drinks, amazing atmosphere, and awesome music selection!
Will be stopping by next time I'm down in Seattle :)

Very happy with our experience. Trying to remember what restaurant was there before that I went to before shows.

Love that there is a good restaurant that’s not a huge chain and has good food, service and atmosphere.

Our server and our hostess were very attentive and looked at us and interacted with us like we’re actually human which is becoming unfortunately rare. Must have a good manager and hiring manager.

Keep up the good work!
