Swiss Chalet

Absolutely zero stars for this location. Placed online order and received confirmation 30 minutes later that the order was on its way. 1 hour after that still no food delivered. Called the store multiple times and nobody would answer. If this is my only location option, then I guess we will never have Swiss Chalet again because I won't give this location my money.
UPDATE: the food arrived almost 2 hours after ordering. The food was not good at all. All fries were extremely soggy as the chicken or ribs were sitting on top, not beside. Other items were almost cold. All around disappointing experience.

Cathy was AMAZING! The best server we have had in quite some time. Attentive, friendly and kind!! We've been to Swiss Chalet's in several cities and Cathy's service makes this location one of the best!!

Alma gave us very good customer service. We felt very welcomed at Swiss Chalet. The atmosphere at the restaurant was very nice and cozy. She handled the service very well and the quality of the food was very good, it was still warm and yummy. We look forward to coming back to Swiss Chalet to encounter more experiences like these.

The food was great.service was amazing. We ordered 20 meals at the takeout. food came out in less than 10 mins. Definitely coming back again

Absolutely disgusting. We paid $50 for 2 meals and we received uncooked hard French fries and the smallest piece of chicken I have ever gotten served. Called to complain and got hung over up on twice!!
extremely disappointed and will never order from here again, I was offered a refund of $3.50 for just the french fries. Will call into head office tomorrow

Alisha was our server today. We can’t say enough about her customer service. She was so so pleasant, she was very knowledgeable and efficient. So rare now a days to have this quality of service. Alma the manager was also wonderful. The food was very good and never disappoints. We will be back again very soon

I recently dined at Swiss Chalet and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the server, Ritika K C. From the moment we were seated, Ritika’s welcoming and friendly demeanour made me feel right at home. Her beautiful smile and positive attitude truly enhanced my dining experience.

The food was excellent, with each dish perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The waiting time was reasonable, allowing me to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. Additionally, the restaurant’s atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Overall, Ritika’s outstanding service, along with the delicious food and pleasant ambiance, made for a memorable visit. I highly recommend Swiss Chalet and look forward to returning soon.
