They called first thing Tuesday morning and arranged visit same day. Nathan arrived as arranged and repaired my dishwasher. Excellent and professional service.

Disappointing service, requested a repair on Samsung washing machine.

On their website it says they fix Samsung's and told them before hand the model number of the washing machine so they knew exactly which one it was.

Engineer turned up and was looking at it and then said he didn't have the correct tools the fix it, he said they might be special Samsung tools.

Fair enough if this is true, but the company knew the model before coming they should have checked if it's something they can actually fix.

Had to still pay the call out fee and achieved nothing but speculation from the guy about what could be wrong with it.

Very good experience with Stockport Repairs. I was called back very promptly, given good advice and friendly, knowledgeable engineer was able to carry out the repair to a high standard. The price was competitive. I would definitely consider using this company again for an electrical repair.
