Great location close to Disney concert hall, angels flight funicular, grand central market. Service was excellent. Valet parking is very expensive but I ended up finding inexpensive/safe parking at trademark apartments about 2 blocks away. Pool was surprisingly small/disappointing. They had a few outdoor games (cornhole) by the pool but many were broken or missing pieces. But the most excellent feature of this hotel is the complimentary car service, they’ll take you to/from within 3 miles of the hotel for only a tip. Overall very happy with our two nights here to explore downtown and as a base for driving further out.
Overall the hotel was great! The location was central to a lot of activities. The staff was friendly at attentive. The cost wasn’t as effective as I had hoped. I prepaid for everything and still walked out with an additional 335 in charges and I had a 100. Credit this was from parking, destination charges and fees. and 1 meal. The valet is 65/night, for 3 night stay the room was well almost 1300 in total cost. Maybe if I didn’t have a car it would have been worth it but the room was nice and clean but a bit on the smaller side. Good stay but definitely not worth the price.
What I loved:
1. Spacious room that was well appointed
2. The bed was SO COMFY
3. Front desk staff was very nice
4. Drinks at the bar at Blitzen’s (since it’s the holidays). Thanks for the great service, James!
What I didn’t love:
1. Small shower (about 9 square feet)
2. Breakfast area was reserved for a large party so we were sat at a larger round table - with other people not in our party. Of course, we were all in the same boat and it ended up being fine but not what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.
3. My company did not confirm/secure room payment and Omni would not allow for a third party payment authorization at the time of my stay. Unfortunately for me, this is a reoccurring issue with my company; however, every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has been accommodating in getting this resolved.
Based on #2 and #3, I felt more like a number than an appreciated customer.

great hotel experience very fancy, good restaurant in there too. All the people who work here are very attentive to you as a guest. Rooms are very nice too, very expensive hotel but you get what you pay for. We only spent two days at this hotel and it was great. I recommend getting this hotel if you're traveling to LA and want a comfy hotel that makes you feel taken care of.
Absolutely amazing experience here at Omni. Everything from the front desk customer service, the valet service, room service, bell men, quality of the rooms and the amenities. This hotel is in a perfect location, everyone is beyond friendly and makes you feel so special and welcome! This is the best service I’ve had in a very long time. I am so taken back and cannot wait to book with Omni for future getaways. Thank you so much to the amazing staff! It is also a huge plus that there is an outdoor pool, gym, and a beautiful courtyard to hangout. Also super quiet. 10/10!!!! 🩷
My stay at this hotel was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was a little small, but the water pressure was fantastic. The full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower was a great addition plus they smelled like tangerines. The staff that I spoke with were great. I would definitely stay here again.
