Rosby Greenhouse and Berry Farm

Went here twice this year. Once in early May. It was sunny but kind of cool and lightly drizzling. Was looking for plants deer wouldn’t eat. Cashier handed me a sheet of paper with a list of plants, kind of annoyed, and pointed in the direction where some might be and said it’s cold and raining, and she wasn’t going out there to show me. No prob.

Was in the area so I stopped in again. Took a few plants to the counter. Same woman. No hello or anything and I wasn’t about to acknowledge her either. Not a word was spoken during the transaction.

A little customer service goes a long way. No more Rosby’s for me.

Disappointed in my recent visit. I have been a customer for about 3 decades! So I am familiar with the mix & match filling of a tray. This is the first time I had anyone remove every single container and tell me I was over by one. Which I dont see how. But she rearranged it so I had the tray and an extra plant. I bought the tray, but went down the road for the other plant and found the herb I needed. In the process of rearranging, the cashier managed to dislodge the plant tags for two of the tomato packs. So I am not sure what is what. Which stinks, because I wanted certain ones for containers and the others for in ground planting.

Best greenhouse in Ohio! I wanted a very specific and not common breed of magnolia tree as a gift. I called everywhere and no one would take the time to listen or help. I spoke with Ms. Kathy at Rosbys and she immediately made calls and sourced what I needed. Excellent price and was able to arrange delivery. 10/10 experience!!

I found this beautiful monstera for under $30, housed among several other reasonably priced houseplants. Huge variety and helpful, kind staff. This is a local gem for all plant lovers and gardeners.

Excellent greenhouse, they have a large variety of healthy plants at great prices. I've come here for the past 2 years to get vegetables for my garden, and I will come back to get flowers for my beds and some decorations too.

This place has a great selection! I found a Monstera here, a dwarf lemon tree, night sky petunia. Lots of houseplants and outdoor flowers and veggies/fruit!
