Chisinau City History Museum

Musem looks really interesting, the entry fee is very small, the view from the top is great, unforunately they don't have English translation.

Nice place. A beautiful tower with city view from the top, as well in each floor is a musem part of specific years.

Rather small compared to all other museums in Chișinău.
+ Has an observation deck
+ Located in a very interesting, historical building
- The exhibits are not signed properly. No English translation.
- You can hire a guide in advance for 50 lei, but it’s only available in Russian and Romanian.
- The stairs are very steep. There’s a small elevator, but it doesn’t take you all the way to the deck

The panorama is worth the climbing effort!

But the exhibits need written explanations, otherwise it's difficult to guess what you see.

Nice place to see some old stuff. Great value, same pricing for foreigners as for locals. If you're not into museums just go straight to the top floor for the view, it's worth it.

No explanations, especially none in English... Thankfully the ladies were kind enough to say a few words. The view from the top is cute and worth the climb 👌
