Great service great price's very enjoyable shopping

Really poor customer service. It was our first time to this business as we were on holidays. We asked for help on snorkel equipment cause we had no idea what we needed , having never done it before. We just got pointed to the general direction of the snorkel equipment area and then left to our own to try and work out what we needed, this was after we told the male at the counter that we had no idea . After about 20 minutes of looking totally overwhelmed and almost leaving with nothing a nice gentleman did come over . If this is how you help your customers and welcome them into your store I think you need to rethink your customer service . I don’t know the area but if I did and there was another business near by that stocked snorkel gear I absolutely would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere.

I bought a pair of aquasphere kayenne goggles and ear plugs. Having owned these goggles before I loved them and needed a replacement. The goggles leaked on first fitting but when I contact the shop for a replacement pair they refused! Said that the two year warranty doesn’t cover leaks! That’s not stated anywhere on the ad. When I mentioned Australian Consumer Law they stopped responding!! I’ll never use these guys again or recommend such poor trading practices which is also illegal! They get by knowing interstates can’t be bothered and to try claiming on such a small amount is too hard for most people. Beware! Don’t buy from these guys.

If you're there on the weekend you may be lucky enough to be served by Ally a young woman who really knows her diving chops and has a massive knowledge of gear and equipment available to enhance and increase your diving experiences.
We (Wife & I) were very impressed with Ally's knowledge and understanding of just what we needed for our diving set ups.
She listened, acknowledged provided what we needed and was able to suggest some excellent alternative possibilities for our rigs. Brilliant and outstanding customer service backed by a good depth of knowledge and an open and friendly personality. Highly recommend Dive Warehouse to any and all divers in the region.
