AMAZING PLACE and amazing trainers. A great f45 where they really make you want to keep coming back! I've been to many f45s. And this one is by far one of the best ones. The trainers are always happy and there to help you out. Space is big and boss is amazing
F45 Bundall is ultra convenient, and I don’t have to think about it, just get in and follow the screens. The team have always been great, friendly and welcoming, and I find it’s always better training with others. I’ve been going for the past seven years. My fitness is good, I feel healthy, and I’m still showing up, so they must be doing something right.
I was nervous about joining a new gym when I moved up here and was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new but it turned out to be such a good choice! I walked in with pretty low fitness levels and a few months later I felt so much fitter. All the classes and trainers are friendly, approachable and super easy to get along with! There's no intimidation or judgement at all, I absolutely love it. Then having the weights room out the back gives you the perfect chance to get stuck into it if you don't want to do classes. This is my favourite gym and a perfect example of how they should be run. 5*
We just spent 1 week training with F45 Bundall. As avid F45'ers back home, we were impressed by the staff and their enthusiasm. They have a huge studio as well. Would highly recommend this F45 on the GC!
I have popped in a few times whilst in town working - Dean is always happy to have me back training there, the space is incredible and the coaches are fantastic!! Thanks team, see ya next time 🤙🤙
The crew at F45 Bundall are always positive and willing to assist. The venue is clean and well set out. The classes are very well structured, and the sessions are always different and challenging- whatever your fitness level. I highly recommend giving F45 Bundall a go.
I'm really happy with F45 Bundall, the gym has a great atmosphere and a really friendly team that help you achieve your goals.
