I love it , I pray that the dollar tree or family dollar come to Owen brown shopping center.
I am extremely pleased my kitchen sink and closet door were fixed 3/5/24 and there was water all over the floor. They cleaned up the water as well. I am very great full and appreciative, thank you!!
This building has the worst landlord and secretary ever. The most unprofessional people in world. If your looking into this property please do not waste your time. They dont fix anything and they do not care about how they treat people.
It's a decent place but it does have some problems, like the pipe below the toilet bowl is small so it can get easily clogged & when taking a shower the hot water only lasts for like around 20 minutes, and every time there is heavy rain there would be a leak near my bedroom window, but then again all these problems could just be from my apartment.
