I wish I could give NO STARS!! They are so unprofessional!!! They did NOT show up to our session today. Due to the LA wildfires I wanted to make sure the appointment was not cancelled so I went on their IG page this morning and they posted that they are still operating today. We didn’t receive a call or email that anything changed. So we went to the location 30 minutes early and sat outside and nobody showed up. We called multiple times, no one answered. We sent multiple emails, no one answered. We had to go on their IG social media page where we finally reached someone via DM. How unprofessional to not respond to a customer who paid $500 for a session. After commenting under multiple pictures, I finally received a call and they said they closed for the day due to the weather. I explained to the lady that their IG page says that they are not closed and would be operating today. Also there was no call to give us a heads up about them closing!! I asked for a full refund and was told I had to get store credit or reschedule, I told her I do NOT live in the area. She said she has to see if can REQUEST a refund. Like what do you mean?? This is a inconvenience on YOUR end not mine. They are trying to scam me out of $500 because why would you not offer a full refund when your workers did not show up. You did not call or send an email saying you closed for the day. AND the IG post showing that they are still operating is STILL currently up right now. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I’m currently fighting for a refund that I should’ve received immediately since they closed without notice and never reached out. I attached a screenshot to show proof that they said they are still operating today!!

Booked the Art Touch party for six 6-year olds. They had a great time - staff was all friendly and helpful and the experience was unique and memorable. Highly recommend!

Shot of art was amazing!!!!! My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. We had technical difficulties with our reservations but Kayla, Sara, and Ozzy were great, patient and customer service was A1. Thanks again guys

What a fun way to spend the evening! We did this as a team building activity for our Home Health Agency and Mobile Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy team and couldn’t have asked for a better, well, EVERYTHING! Bri Bri was our artistic leader and made everything simple, but fun. We are not an artistic group by nature, but were able to create some wonderful art and have a lot of fun!

From the moment you walk it…it’s incredible and gets your creative juices flowing. The colors are so vibrant and warm, just like the super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We had the best time doing the neon fluid class as well as the new After Dark experience. Bri was so hopeful, patient and over all just made our time at Shot of Art so unforgettable. We had the best time and I can’t wait to go back!
