I’ve lived here for a year now, and while there are some things that can be improved, the staff is excellent. Shout out to Harper for the wonderful job she does handling resident issues. Give that woman a raise!

I had a great experience with Harper. She gave me a great tour when I came to visit. She was so pleasant and attentive. She took time to listen to me and helped me work through all my concerns. She was so great and made my entire experience a 10/10!

Harper was amazing during our tour today on 11/25/24. Each apartment we went to was nicely kept had ample room and the prices were great. I can’t express enough how much Harper was a help, her kindness and sense of humor is lovely and had an amazing impact on our decision of where we move.

Harper was on time, knew the entire lay out of the property, took time to explain details of unit selection, application process and all things as if I was being welcomed to the property. This made me feel welcome and more than an applicant. The tour seemed real and not staged. Can’t wait to move in…

I recently toured an apartment and had the pleasure of being guided by Harper. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to highlight the unique features of each unit.
I left the tour feeling excited about the possibility of making this place my new home, largely thanks to Harper's engaging presentation and professionalism!

Good things first - Harper was our agent and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were given false information about the apartment for which we applied. Specifically, she my daughter that the apartment had a balcony and so we applied quickly so as not to lose out to other potential applicants. The available date was scheduled for the 20th. Once the application was approved - and he $250 taken, the admin fee of $300 was then taken. In the meanwhile we attempted to see the apartment but was told it was unavailable to see. Then we looked online and noticed the move in date was pushed out - with no call or direct contact to us letting us know. We called and emailed several times to ask about the fees and the status. We visited (my daughter waited over 45 minutes after I left) the site and no agent was on duty. Eventually once in touch with Harper, she put her manger Denver on the line who informed me that she could not refund the money. I asked for the corporate contact info and Denver suggested I let her work with corporate and she would get back to me. She let my daughter know she had not heard back by that Monday and it has now been over a week since that checkin and we have not been able to get her back on the phone nor have I received any email or other correspondence. I would simply like to have our funds back since we ONLY applied site unseen based on what was a confirmation that the apartment had a balcony. Had we known it did not have a balcony we would not have applied. My daughter and Harper even walked to the outside of the bldg and the apartment was pointed out to my daughter as having a balcony. I do understand non-refundable policies but not when the application was done under false information - material information that was relied on to make the decision to apply. We would simply like our fees back. This is a shame that I have to go to google to try to get some resolution.

My time at Glenwood Park Lofts has been great. In all my years here I haven’t had a single issue. The property is clean, quiet, and conveniently in walking distance to the Beltline, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff, from maintenance to the leasing office, are like family. The community director, Michelle has been amazing since she’s been at the property. She’s helpful and her customer service is top notch. She’s genuine and puts in noticeable effort planning and executing events for the community! Thanks Michelle and the rest of the staff for making my stay at GPL’s so enjoyable!
