This company is to heat your home and your water… apparently this is no big deal to them as they cut off your service without calling you to give you a chance to pay your bill or to warn you. Even though they have my number on file. I admit I was late with my bill, I can be forgetful, had they called me I would’ve paid my bill in full and would’ve saved us both time and a headache. They also have my email. I did not receive a warning email either. They sent me one letter and 10 days later my service was out. I don’t check my mail everyday because everything is online now a days. Why would they not call? My house is cold and I can’t take a warm shower. I am very upset. Then they tell me “well we’ll try to make it out there today but it might be tomorrow”. I HAVE NO HEAT OR HOT WATER!!!!

Movers beware! I requested to start service through the online application. I was able to create an account, request a start service date, and pay the $120 deposit the same day. All was well until a month later my water heater wasn’t working. It was an older model, so I called for repair. Turns out the gas company shut off our service! Now I’m out a $60 service fee to the plumber! When I called to see if I could be compensated for this issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that they have no way of seeing that the deposit was made, and I should have called to confirm the startup of my service. What?! I even asked if $60 of my deposit could be returned now, instead of after 12 months and that I was denied that too! I’m still waiting on a call back from a supervisor, which I won’t likely get. Poor, poor customer service.

This place sells gas you use to heat your home, your water and your oven / stove. They have one particular employee there that is my mortal enemy.
So now I'll take my mom's advice and, since I don't have nothing nice to say. I will say nothing more....

I am appalled. Today, one of your employees thought it was funny to “fake” cough through his van window at nurse while she was having lunch in her car.
She puts her life on the line every day for her community and this is how your driver says thank you. I am her mother and far beyond the definition of angry. I would recommend you address this behavior with your workers immediately.
