This place is a joke they’ll offer you $30 for designer stuff w tags worth $2500. Additionally they somehow stain stuff and scratched a leather item I took w tags worth $1710. They do not know how to treat luxury please beware they will lessen the value of whatever you take.

Upon walking into the store, I noticed three employees—two on their phones and only one actively working. When I got in line, the staff seemed visibly annoyed by having to help a customer. My sole purpose was to get a quote on a new piece of outerwear. They gave me a ticket and told me I’d be contacted in about 30 minutes.

Seven hours went by without any call or text until I finally received a voicemail 15 minutes before the store was set to close, instructing me to pick up the item before closing time. This was highly inconvenient, especially since the associate had told me I would receive a same-day quote in a reasonable timeframe. There was no way I could make it across the city in 15 minutes.

The next day, I contacted them, expecting some flexibility. However, the associate insisted I had to come in to pick it up. I explained I couldn’t get there immediately, but they responded by saying they’d “had it for over two days,” which was completely inaccurate. In the end, I had to arrange for someone else to pick it up, only to find out they quoted me $50 for a $350 item.

Overall Experience: Disappointing customer service, inconsistent communication, and misleading timelines. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!!

I recently tried reselling a pair of designer boots here, and I’m honestly shocked by the experience. These boots are from a reputable European designer brand, originally priced at $465, and in nearly perfect condition. However, the store offered me only $22, claiming it was based on the ‘resale value.’ This was insulting, given that similar boots on other platforms are reselling for much closer to the original price.

It’s clear they don’t fully consider brand value or quality, and I feel like this is unfair to sellers who may not know the true worth of their items. If you’re thinking of selling designer pieces here, I’d recommend looking elsewhere (Poshmark, Vestiaire Collective, etc.) where you can get a fairer price. I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel undervalued or misled as I did – this place seems more focused on getting items cheap than giving fair offers.

A lot of brands and good luxury vintage. If you’re a designer that is a good place for you. Price were generally fine.

The only thing is at the entrance, they look at you in a unfriendly way.. for no reasons. We were there for buy not for steal.
Except for that, you can really find nice garments and do good deals :)

Large selection of hype, streetwear goods. Really good selection of men's shoes and jackets. I love all the colors of the clothing in here. The prices range from very expensive ($150) to very inexpensive ($9). There are some luxury brands here too which are even more expensive and even some designer streetwear brands. Was a fun space to walk around even if I didn't purchase anything.

Was looking for some clothes for a trip to Miami - they have such a great selection - so many shoes! And I found very affordable pieces, in good shape. They have a huge designer offering, @ every price point you want. I found a pair of yellow unworn Adidas sneaks that were 5.5, but fit my 6.5 feet. Very great shopping experience!

Existing more of a vintage second-hand clothing store that even offers some designer wear, 2nd Street sounds like a promising prospect for those looking for a unique style to their wardrobe. That said, much of their inventory is objectively overpriced, which I imagine turns more customers away empty-handed than store management would like.

While not unusual, be prepared for outdoor bags to be inspected and checked by a security guard at the store entrance. It wasn't an issue for my party, but I'm sure some would find that information beneficial.
