Tiny Artisan Creative Studio

After what felt like hundreds of hours of research, I came across Tiny Artisan Studio. I thought I was crystal clear about what I wanted in a preschool prep program: zero screen time, small class sizes, and opportunities for our daughter to explore her creative, artistic side. What we’ve found here is so much more.

Stephenie greets us every morning at the door with a warm smile. Our little one is so excited to go to school that she recently chose school over a day at the zoo! Every day, she comes home with creations that absolutely blow us away.

We’re incredibly grateful for Stephenie’s intentionality and effort. The care she puts into every detail, from the thoughtfully planned activities to the high-quality art supplies, do not go unnoticed. And the photos and updates we receive throughout the day are such a gift.

Tiny Artisan Studio’s preschool prep isn’t just a great bridge to traditional school—it’s a phenomenal art experience, and we couldn’t be happier to have found it.

Sharing some of my favorite art projects thus far.

Stephenie and Alyssa are the greatest and Tiny Artisan is probably the most underrated day care/school/after care program in Jersey City. My son has a blast every single day, they are tireless in their creativity in new daily activities and crafts, they are communicative, encouraging, empathetic... I could go on and on. Simply the best. Will be increasing my son's time from two days to a full week in the new year.

We absolutely loved Tiny Artisan summer camp. Stephenie is beyond great with the kids and our 3 year old had the best time. They created so many wonderful art projects and incorporated fun outdoor time. He constantly looked forward to camp and loved everyone working there. Friday's were a highlight when we were able to visit and see what our son had made during the week. We now have his projects hanging all over the house :). Thank you so much for such a special summer!!

We had our daughter's birthday party at Tiny Artisan and Stephanie was a life saver. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and Stephanie was kind enough to cancel her plans and come to the studio and help pull everything together! She managed to put together all the craft activities herself and managed to host the party without any prior preparation. I will be forever grateful to Stephanie for helping us out with the party and avoid a serious embarrassment with our guests. Highly recommend booking a birthday party at Tiny Artisan.

We’ve been looking for a last minute camp for our sons and Stephenie (the owner) has been amazing to work with and adding them on last minute. She is very flexible and the whole team is great with kids. My children had a blast (and it was my little one very first time in a drop off program). I’ll definitely consider Tiny Artisan again for next year summer camp!

We had a wonderful time here for our daughter's birthday party. every kid in the party was busy and enjoyed every minute. very friendly staff and great craft activities for kids. this sure was the best birthday party. thank you very much.

Can't say enough amazing things about Tiny Artisans!!!! Our son started attending their toddler prep drop off program back in September 2021 when he was 2 years and 9 months old, and he's still with them now. They've worked with him on counting, letters, tracing, writing, coloring, spelling his name, painting, etc. Most importantly though, he has a ton of fun while he's there. He always comes home with really creative and amazing arts and crafts. He gets to color and create and play with all sorts of fun stuff. And we get to proudly display and show off all of his amazing artwork and crafts around the house, which makes him proud and confident.
Miss Stephenie and her staff are great with the kids and are super nice and fun. They're also extremely professional, sweet, and helpful. They have allowed our son to stay late on more than a few occasions on last minutes notice when we've had some emergencies pop up.
Our son looks forward to going there each morning. And we are confident, comfortable, and excited for him every time we drop him off, knowing that he's having fun and creating fun projects that he's extremely proud of every day. We feel very lucky to have found them and been able to send him there. We would wholeheartedly and emphatically recommend them to anyone who's looking for a toddler drop off program!
