Ladies, please leave your husbands outside where they belong. This store is so small, the aisles so packed in, that you will be annoying everyone else by dragging your puppy dog boyfriends and your bored husbands in to further watch you hem and haw over shoes. For the love of God either send them to the mens aisles or outside.

This place needs a bigger spot. The aisles are about one person wide. I spent my time in there so annoyed at constantly having to ‘excuse me, sorry, let me slip by you there’ it became not a great shopping experience, despite good sales ladies and a good selection.

Then add the useless John Q. BoyToys standing about giving lukewarm opinions on arguably 47 different kinds of black shoes further clogging it up and it was annoying enough to leave comment.

Please get them a bigger store.

Best outlet store. great staff works great under pressure and always helpful and cheerful. Shoes are great quality and price. Management goes above and beyond.

Last year I came to get a pair of heels and a woman was absolutely amazing, helped me get the exact size and was very helpful. Today I came to get a pair of flats and there were 4 women at the counter talking/gossiping and playing on their phones. I asked if they had the shoe I wanted and showed them a photo. They asked what size I needed, and I told them (4,5) and they laughed at me. :(

Next to echo shoes, the shoes I find here are some of the most comfortable I've ever worn. And I like the prices as well. Usually finr Good deals here at the outlet mall

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've worn the same type of shoe for about 15 years but actually found a pair there that I like and think will go well with some casual dresses. My mother and her SO both found shoes they wanted. In total we got 4 pairs with the 2 for $100 deal.

Good selection. I went in for 1 pair of dress shoes and came out with 2. Buy one and get any 2nd pair of equal or lesser value for $20. Staff was friendly and helpful.
