Bought puma merchandise from here. Didn’t wear right away and months later it didn’t fit. Went to sell it on eBay - new with tags - purchased from the store and the listing was removed saying the item was counterfeit. Never thought this would happen buying from a retail location
The staff is amazing and friendly! I was able to find my shoes quickly due the amazing organization of the store! The staff is Knowledgeable and Todd was able to catch my mistake on the shoe size!

Ladies, please leave your husbands outside where they belong. This store is so small, the aisles so packed in, that you will be annoying everyone else by dragging your puppy dog boyfriends and your bored husbands in to further watch you hem and haw over shoes. For the love of God either send them to the mens aisles or outside.

The only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because of the young man with red hair that constantly checked on me and kept me laughing while I was there. The manager was rude, disrespectful and clearly only concerned with closing the store and getting out of there. The person checking me out started out not rude but not nice. When I asked about discounts she then got a little snappy and said she gave me the current discount. I told her we were military. She said well she needed to see ID. She could have asked. She could have been polite but she choose not to be. At that point I said to both of them that they were not nice and was it because it was closing time? I asked if I came earlier if they would be nicer. The manager went a little crazy at that point saying she didn't think anyone was rude etc. I told her she was extremely rude. One of the workers agreed with me on the way out. Then another customer stopped me outside to tell me how rude the manager was to them as well.

Samantha was the ABSOLUTE best. She carried my niece around all while helping her pick her first pair of crocs. It was so fun and such an awesome experience.
Very few sizes and quality has gone down
I placed a large order through Famous Footwear’s website for Christmas. No issues receiving the order. All Nike items ordered off the website arrived before Christmas as promised and all Nike gear met or exceeded expectations. However, we did have one pair of Nike slides that did not fit and needed to be returned due to sizing issues and that’s when the problems started. It was a total disaster trying to process a simple return with Famous Footwear. From errors with the return process to login issues you name it. And then I received a $15 reward and similar issues trying to utilize the reward with login issues and continued errors. This is the first and last time I will use Famous Footwear. This Discount Footwear company is a joke. Typical easy to place an order but good luck returning, utilizing rewards, or contacting customer service. I will stick with Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI, Finish Line, Macys, Nike Direct, Etc. FYI if you like Nike you can get better deals with these retailers if you are patient and keep checking back. DO NOT USE FAMOUS FOOTWEAR FOR NIKE GEAR.

The ladies working the store were very friendly and helpful. Got a purse for the lady and picked up a watch for myself. Will definitely make another trip out.

I found what I was looking for, a parka length vest to be able to help keep warm when it is cold outside. The omni heat shield was just what I was looking for. Gal was gracious enough to look in back upon request when trying to buy multiple of the same item.
Bit expensive but good place. Normally they gave great discounts. Staff is very supportive and cooperative. They also sort you to find out your needs. If not available the check it online and can deliver it to you in 2 days worn same rates as of in the shop.
Don’t go and waste your time there, manager have no respect if you have adidas points, she said if you have adidas’s rewards points don’t come to our store, so think twice, before you go there, or find some other location, I drive 45 miles from my home because my kids love adidas shoes, but they don’t let me use my points, it was 30 percent discount , I regret that I am a adidas customer, I have start to looking for Nike , I heard they respect their customer
A lot of their shoes look super dirty and look like worn return shoes, some even had animal hair inside them. The help were all gathered around the cashier/check out area instead of helping their potential customers. Shame this store was a good place to go. Not on this visit.

Last year I came to get a pair of heels and a woman was absolutely amazing, helped me get the exact size and was very helpful. Today I came to get a pair of flats and there were 4 women at the counter talking/gossiping and playing on their phones. I asked if they had the shoe I wanted and showed them a photo. They asked what size I needed, and I told them (4,5) and they laughed at me. :(
I bought a pair of work shoes a month ago and wore them for a week. I noticed about 4 hours into my shift the top of my foot began hurting a lot. I gave it a week to see if maybe they needed broken in. But nope, they still hurt. So I took them back to this store to exchange them for a different pair. The lady at the register told me that because I wore my WORK shoes at WORK they don't qualify for an exchange, but she would make an exception. That is the most ratchet return policy I have ever heard of. Although I am grateful the lady let me exchange the shoes for a new pair. I will certainly never shop here again because of this absurd return policy.

Visited on Jun 18 late afternoon. Was looking for a specific size of a specific shoe and the gal (didn't get her name) came over and offered to help. I don't usually ask for help, but I did say I was looking for a wide size and she showed me that the wides were down further than where I was looking. Nice. Then, I needed a size that was way overhead. She offered to go in the back and grab one, which she did quickly. They were perfect and I bought them. Then, at the checkout, she suggested the same shoe in a different color. I would have if they were a light gray, but it was only available in a dark gray, so I passed. Nice suggestive selling, though. Well done. Overall, great visit. Good inventory, excellent service, nice, clean store. I came in here on a whim, and I was impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The store was absolutely stunning. I bought one purse/wallet and it was stunning. The staff were nice but I wasn’t feeling very welcomed. It’s a quiet and elegant place with lovely accessories overall.

It’s 2023 and today was the day I bought my first pair of Crocs lol I walked in and the ALL of the staff members were so friendly and made sure they were right there if I had any questions. There was an end of season sale, but 1 get 1. The charms I bought for my daughters pair are too cute. The shoes are comfortable as well. I will definitely be returning.
I bought my shoes but I only found one shoe inside the box 04 /28/ 23 they forgot to put my other shoe😔

I drove all the way from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I arrived at the store on 03/04/23, I was then greeted by a nice young gentleman and older lady. As I was shopping throughout the store I was asked many times if I needed any help and I absolutely love that. The young gentlemen that was there was so sweet, kind, and passionate about his job. The older lady was always on top of things and helped me when I needed help. One downfall that I had was I think there was some miscommunication going on in the back of the store. I heard multiple instances of yelling coming from the backroom and I could hear it all the way out on the floor where I was shopping. I heard a lady yelling and screaming at what sounded like another gentleman in the back room. I didn’t ask any questions because that is truly none of my business but it did ruin my shopping experience. The young gentleman and older lady were absolutely amazing but the lady in the back screaming didn’t help my shopping experience.
Wish they give discounts at the checkout but super nice friendly staff!
Great prices. And the fact that they keep stock in back so you can get a brand new "untouched by the masses" product is amazing. My daughter was so excited to get a crossbody AND a wrist wallet that hadnt been touched by people. Lol and the prices are amazing. I saved $300 right before Christmas.

I arrived at 6:15p at The Edinburgh Outlet by the Hampton Inn 10.23.22 and found some things I wanted to try on. Went to the dressing room entrance and it said dressing room closed. I walked to front of store to the checkout counter and asked was it temporarly closed because I had clothing to try on. I was told by both associates that I could not try on the clothes because the store would be closing at 7p. I said "is it 7p"? They answered no it's 6:41p. I put the tops back. My husband purchased a $140 jacket and we left. We do not live here we live in Iowa and were passing through. I have a whole closet full of Columbia clothing and since we do not have an outlet store near us I was excited to see there was one in Edinburgh. After this experience I am having second thoughts about purchasing more or searching out an outlet again.
My son and I came in today and the ladies working were the sweetest. They helped me find the right size for him and I can't wait for him to wear them. Don't get me wrong they are pretty expensive but one of the ladies said they are so much easier than tennis shoes at that age!

They had a good variety of merchandise. They had a great sale when we were there. We bought our favorite team soccer jerseys and jackets, 3 pair of shoes, and other addidas shirts and jackets. It is an hour away but worth the drive.
This store already closes an hour earlier than normal since COVID. And was closed when I arrived, which was before closing time. When I arrived it was 8min until closing and all I wanted to do was try a certain pair of shoes on for size which I would have been out before they closed. If you're going to close early than make your closing time 6:50 not 7.
It's ok. I experienced limited stock. Not many options. Very crowded and busy. Sizes were limited. 1x-3x available in basics but not the fun prints. Some prints weren't available online and vis versa. Pricy store. Prices were pretty much the same as the online store. So I'd just save your gas and order online.
Good deals. Slim pickings depending on the day. Some days are very crowded and the store itself is small so be aware of that. Check low traffic times online or go during 9-5 on a weekday. Again, prices are so-so.
I bought a pair of track pants roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago from here. I wore them one time and then looked at the lettering to notice it was falling off. So I called them and asked if I could return the pants. They told me something along the lines of they wouldn't take them back without the receipt (I can't find it) or the tags (which I tossed away weeks ago). They told me to call customer support number. To which I did, after an hour of being on the phone they told me I would have to get a receipt reprinted to and sent to me which they said would take one to two weeks. Then I had to call them again and get them to send me another email where it would take them three to four weeks to process my claim. Then they would not send me a pair of pants, but instead they would send me a credit to use which will take a week or longer to get to my house. Then I will have to drive back to the original store. This is ridiculous especially considering the fact that they have my email and according to one Rep can see when I made the purchases. This is the worst customer support I have received in a long time. I have attached a photo of the falling apart logo. Pray that when you spend 50 dollars on a pair of pants that they wont fall apart after one use.
The sale was very nice but the employees weren't very helpful. They don't have active listening skills nor do they try to figure things out. However, The store was very clean and warm to shop in. Don't expect to find anyone to help you. They are very shorthand with employees. I would highly recommend they have a meeting about communication amoug employees.
They we're having a great sale and the sales ladies were all so helpful! The store had several people in it, but was still clean and organized! When we needed assistance, the sales lady knew exactly where our shoe was and retrieved it promptly! Great shopping experience!
Customer service was fantastic. I bought a couple pairs of Pumas with matching outfits. These shoes are soooo comfortable perfect for walking, running, or just lounging. And so cute and stylish the prices was so reasonable I will definitely be back.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've worn the same type of shoe for about 15 years but actually found a pair there that I like and think will go well with some casual dresses. My mother and her SO both found shoes they wanted. In total we got 4 pairs with the 2 for $100 deal.
Rushed all the way from Franklin after work, knowing exactly what I wanted, any pair of brooks running shoes for work. But the associates closed the store early and wouldn’t allow me in. I know it was 6:55 but still..store hours should be store hours. Now I’ve made a a trip for nothing and you’ve lost a sale. Lose lose :( typing this as I’m sitting outside the store lol. Although it was very busy, crowded and had some good products from last season, the clothes and the shoes were a complete mess, and the staff socializes among themselves and has some rude attitude towards the other customer and myself. And I bought an item, but they left the gray security tag on, which their system didn’t pick up on; so I had to travel back an hour again, but when I asked to take it off they ripped a lot of tiny holes next to a big hole in my item... a bit disappointed
Was not sure they would be open with Covid picking up again, they are open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was looking for a specific type of shoe for my mother who is elderly and has trouble walking. Staff took us to the shoe we were looking for helped her try it on. While there I ask if they had a shoe I was looking for, they did not. No problem they placed an order for it and was delivery 4 days later to my home. I highly recommend this store.

I have only been here once. I found a cute summer dress that I plan on wearing quite a bit this summer as it will be nice for so many different occasions from a casual dinner out to throwing on over my swimsuit. It is a little pricier than places I would normally shop, but it seems like quality products.

The famous footwear outlet had a wide selection and great prices. I was able to get two pair men's casual dress shoes for $50 thanks to buy one get one half off. The line was rather long and slow but the service was good.
Shane is a great manager! Great customer service. I had a small hiccup with a return and he took care of me and even gave me 25% as well for the troubles! I love Columbia a lot and my outlet gets my business almost every winter!

Unfortunately the store was closed today due to an unexpected turn of events. I realize this had nothing to do with management and that hours could not be communicated as it was unknown when the store would open based on several factors. The store did end up opening halfway through the day. This is an amazing store with a fantastic staff and some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Although it can be frustrating to have a store closed the week before Christmas, it really says a lot that a store and it’s management would do whatever is necessary to ensure the safety of its employees as well as customers.
VERY UNHAPPY!! I called to verify store hours at the Edinburgh store and was directed to the website. The website shows opening at 9:00 AM. I drive over an hour and get there at 11:00 AM. What do I find...the doors are locked!!! There is a sign that states hours have been shortened. Does it list the shortened hours...NO!!! The sign states that you can shop online. Right...I am going to take a chance on delivery with less than 7 days until Christmas. Nothing kills a retail store faster than incompetent management!!! Very unhappy and disappointed in the lack of customer consideration with this store. I waited a half hour and watched over 10 additional customers try to enter the store before leaving and making the hour trip back home. 😡😡😡
The first time I’ve ever shopped at Finish Line, and it will most definitely be the last. I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/5 and I received them on 10/8. Super pleased with the quick delivery, but as soon as I looked at the box I realized they sent the completely wrong shoe. I assumed that they would either let me keep the wrong shoes for the inconvenience, or at least send out the correct shoes immediately. Instead, I needed to send back the incorrect shoes in order for them to send the right pair. Then I received an email over a week of waiting later saying that my order was cancelled due to the item not being available anymore. Here I am on 10/28, without my shoes or the refunded money. The most they could offer is a $20 coupon on my next order, which is pointless because I am never dealing with them again. I warn all of you because this has been a headache, and their customer service reps are practically useless.
Nice clerks that were very helpful and very nice, got me taken care of in a good and timely manner amid of the busy pace of the store, I can't remember her name but she walked right up, asked if we needed help and told us about how if the shoe we want was not in the store they can check to see if it available, they were so they shipped them to my house.....I think they are a good crew over there go see them, I got taken care of nicely! And first thing I was told when I came in was hi! And today we have are buy one half off special! Sold me right there!
Great customer service !! My husband has a hard time finding his size in Jordans(13s) and Elijah saved the day! They were super busy he stayed calm took his time and found him 2 pairs he liked & had them shipped for him. Great experience !
Amanda has by far the worst customer service skills. She gave not only me but the person in front of me so much attitude about wanting to do returns. My order had the wrong shoe sent to me, so I drove an hour down here to do an exchange. When I handed her my phone for my receipt, she smacked my screen several times and scrolled all the way through my purchase history even though I had the order up. She refused to do my exchange until I called customer service myself and they told her to do it. The attitude was unreal and is the reason I'll be doing my business at DSW or anywhere but Famous Footwear again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! The first store I go into when shopping at the outlet stores. Very nice, clean & organized. Extremely friendly staff if you have questions or need help. The clearance section is great with 70% off and then an additional 20%. I always walk out of here with a bag as Kate Spade are very high quality handbags and will last forever. They also have nice jewelry too. Favorite Store!

The service is the best part of this location. Not a Spanish speaker and yet I've become aware of who will and won't accept the truth that people are people and if hiring bilingual employees to just be human you'll retain business. Only complaint is that selection is so small!! And P.S maybe call me and he make a shoe for my girlfriend who finds it hard to find a show of your that fits. She in-between women's and kids...
I've never had a problem at the store. The staff is always so friendly and very accommodating when necessary. Anytime I've ever needed anything brought down from the wall, they are there right away to take care of my needs. Highly recommend this store to anybody looking for a good quality pair of shoes. Selection is pretty well stocked all the time. And as mentioned before, the staff is very good at what they do and in helping anyone who needs it
Had great choices of shoes and reasonable prices. Wasn't sure what an employee meant by telling me I looked "lost" while I was trying to decide a what color I wanted in a pair of sperrys. Then she stayed in the next aisle over from me... So yeah that was uncomfortable but anywho liked the shoes! AND BOUGHT THEM!
I had a delightful customer service experience at this store. Crystal, the manager, and Becky, the associate, are wonderful people who help anyone who comes in. They get out from behind the counter and go straight to the customer on the floor to ask if they can be of assistance. To me, who is in a power chair and finds it difficult to rummage through the hangers to find the right price and size, this meant the world to me. I had quite the opposite experience at the Adidas outlet store just a couple of doors down and it posted a review about it but Puma gets all of my business today! They exemplify exceptional customer service and Puma should be proud of their manager and their associate and take note!
In general I love Clark's shoes - the prices are high, but not crazy, and the quality and comfort are outstanding. This outlet has some of the best prices and decent selection, but it definitely doesn't stick deep inventory so you're a bit subject to what they have available at the moment. Always worth a look when you're shopping at Edinburgh.
