The staff is amazing and friendly! I was able to find my shoes quickly due the amazing organization of the store! The staff is Knowledgeable and Todd was able to catch my mistake on the shoe size!

The only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because of the young man with red hair that constantly checked on me and kept me laughing while I was there. The manager was rude, disrespectful and clearly only concerned with closing the store and getting out of there. The person checking me out started out not rude but not nice. When I asked about discounts she then got a little snappy and said she gave me the current discount. I told her we were military. She said well she needed to see ID. She could have asked. She could have been polite but she choose not to be. At that point I said to both of them that they were not nice and was it because it was closing time? I asked if I came earlier if they would be nicer. The manager went a little crazy at that point saying she didn't think anyone was rude etc. I told her she was extremely rude. One of the workers agreed with me on the way out. Then another customer stopped me outside to tell me how rude the manager was to them as well.

Samantha was the ABSOLUTE best. She carried my niece around all while helping her pick her first pair of crocs. It was so fun and such an awesome experience.

It’s 2023 and today was the day I bought my first pair of Crocs lol I walked in and the ALL of the staff members were so friendly and made sure they were right there if I had any questions. There was an end of season sale, but 1 get 1. The charms I bought for my daughters pair are too cute. The shoes are comfortable as well. I will definitely be returning.

My son and I came in today and the ladies working were the sweetest. They helped me find the right size for him and I can't wait for him to wear them. Don't get me wrong they are pretty expensive but one of the ladies said they are so much easier than tennis shoes at that age!
