Griffis Seattle Waterfront

The amenities are flawless and the staff communicate quickly and with sincere interest in my needs. The technology is up to date with access apps to make everything easy unlock and manage guests and deliveries.

I’ve lived here for a couple of months now and I really love this community. The place is well maintained, killer views, impressive amenities, but more importantly super friendly staff! It’s also in a prime location within walking distance to many awesome places downtown.

Firstly there’s been SHOOTINGS! Ratings are inflated because they ask all new tenants to give a 5 star review as soon as you move in. There was a shooting where the bullets hit the lobby door and it was from a person that was sleeping in the building. There are homeless people that sneak into the building. There are constant shootings in the area. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything constantly. Never any quiet. The entertainment and sky lounge rooms cost a fortune to book and are always booked by others anyway. The utilities costs are absolutely absurd and there’s shared amenities costs which are crazy. At the garage there are always people right outside the gate doing crack. The elevators break down and are always under maintenance. I’ve been stuck in one and couldn’t get to work on time until fire department came. They make it appear like a high class apartment but it’s overpriced and not worth it. Biggest regret I’ve ever made was signing a lease here.

I have had the most amazing experience so far at Griffis Seattle Waterfront. Katrina has been so helpful from the beginning when I first contacted the apartment complex and made sure I was able to get the apartment I wanted! She was always available to answer all my questions and assist with anything I needed! Her and Nora both made sure my move in went very smoothly. I am so thankful for the both of them! All of the amenities are great! Very impressed with this apartment complex and the staff so far ☺️

We absolutely love living at the Griffis. The view is fantastic and the staff are all very nice and helpful. We highly recommend leaving here it's only going to get better when they are finished with the landscape on Seattle's water front

Griffis Seattle Waterfront is an amazing place to live. The views and location can’t be beat. 5 minutes walking in either direction gets me to a Link station and there are buses just steps out the door to take me just about anywhere. But I mainly walk since most of what I need and want is right here. The market, restaurants, bars, shows, live music…it’s all nearby.

When I first moved in, I went up to the roof all the time. The amenities and view were top notch. I was shocked to hear they were going to renovate everything since it seemed really nice already but now that the renovations are almost complete, I’m excited to see how much more fantastic living here is going to be.

I also have to say how wonderful the Griffis Team is. The leasing staff, maintenance staff, security…they are all super nice and helpful. It really makes a difference and complements the fabulous property.

If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of Seattle, look no further than Griffis Waterfront! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are extremely spacious with tall ceilings and the industrial vibe give it a very unique feeling. Our unit has stunning waterfront views and we sometimes never want to leave the apartment!

The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Shout out to Malcolm and Nora, you guys rock!
