My son really wanted to go on the big swing. When we got there at the end of our day she said they were shut for the day and it has to be prebooked sessions which I didn't know. My son (5) got really upset, the woman then allowed him to go on quickly as we wouldn't be back again that year. Really nice of her to let him on. Their names were yaz and Ellie. Highly recommend for great customer service. My son found the swing scary but enjoyable.

Great day out, the instructors were very accommodating, especially Yaz, who had a lot of banter and made us feel extremely welcome. All round fab day!

Went with our great friends for their hen do, absolutely fantastic day out. We were welcomed by the friendly team and kitted out. Yaz was absolutely brilliant all day, from the high tops, the scavenger quiz hunt to the axe throwing, definitely knows what's she is doing and made us all feel at ease. A fantastic day out and would highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back again.

We went for my son's birthday with some of his friends. It was a great few hours, and we got to have a small fire under the canopy so even though it rained it was a great afternoon. The team are lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Adventure Bristol with a team of confident and not so confident 7+ year olds! Ben and the team were amazing at supporting us and the kids around, and super patient with the less confident kid in the party. Massive thanks for helping to make our party a success!

Me and my cousins had a fantastic time. Patrick, our climbing instructor, was absolutely brilliant: helpful, informative and challenged our abilities. All in all, a great experience. Cheers
