These new hours are terrible. People work 9-5, when are we supposed to come in??
So I had an issue with my app for 1 day.
Wanted to come in to see if someone can help me. Unfortunately I'm used to the Poughkeepsie location being open at 830am. So as I'm standing in the vestibule at 855am watching everyone walk around, talk and hangout, I'm thinking "I'm literally the only one, it's 5min before technically being open for this location, but do they not care about me just standing there, watching me knowing I need assistance?" It's the little things that customers think about that make them think "I can see I'm just a number, maybe I should bank elsewhere".
However the manger did open a whole 20secs earlier and felt it was funny to joke about it.

You should fix your wonky app. Have had nothing but problems on and off for months and “ reported “ this a long time ago. It actually locks me out of my own accounts. Rep acknowledged there was a problem but obviously never fixed. I’ll be switching banks as this is not acceptable. This is not specific to the Rhinebeck branch but to the company in general.

Big blunder! Federal credit bureau shutted down my credit card regarding my clean reputation that I end up an innocent victim of identity theft and someone out there is destroying my reputation and all those incidents was not me!
Extremely helpful and kind staff. There is a HVCU two mins away from me, but I continue to go to this location (roughly 25 mins away) because the client service is fantastic!
Love this branch, they always say hi as soon as you walk in !
