Wouldn't recommend anybody going here. The food took for ages to arrive, and got served at different times for our company.
We took the all-included arrangement (food, drinks, dessert), best deal ever! It was amazing. Considering we were very loud guests (very very sorry!) we can only praise the staff for their work, patience, service, smile, and persistence. I am happy to come back here. Great food and so much different delicious things to try! If it is a friday or saturday, ofcourse you’re going to wait a bit more than in a usual restaurant, that makes sense when it’s so busy! We ordered a lot, in the beginning it didn’t go fast, but then later on all of a sudden a lot of food appeared! It’s a very fun and special experience here, and very few places can beat this at the current price. WELL DONE!
Just avoid this La Cubanita!
First thing we noticed was there was no airco! it was like a sauna inside.
Second! We had to ask them to change dishes 3 times as whatever they bring as clean was dirty and had dried food pieces from previous uses! this includes a glass as well.
The personnel working was only 2 people and they were rushing around to help customers but the delivery/preparation was too slow. You have to place your next order as soon as you receive your first plate, otherwise you have to wait around 30-40 mins per round. If you find this trick, you can eat enough food. Food was okayish but the first experience ruined enough to think about the rest of the night.

We went to La Cubanita Zoetermeer en I give this location a 5+ stars. La Cubanita Rotterdam was still very nice, but Zoetermeer made the expectation really high for us. Rotterdam just did not meet my expectations completely.
The location is very beautiful, very sweet and attentive staff and the food was overall very very tasty! I still love everything.
It all started very nice, quick service and warm food. At the end we had a little trouble with our orders (using the little paper order method). Our orders were not delivered correctly, very cold (the warm dishes) or not at all. In Zoetermeer they used an QR code to order, I really really prefer this method.
But, we had a nice time. The ambiance is very nice. Many many good dishes and we still want to go back. We might be a little more attentive with our orders. Maybe also go a little earlier (our reservation was made at 20:30.).
So if you went there and you were not completely satisfied, maybe it is the ordering system, just communicate this ib time with your waitress. Also take pictures of your last order so you can remember what you ordered. Again, Zoetermeer was perfect! I give Rotterdam 3 stars, but the food stays the same. 😍💜

One of my favorite places to go for dinner on a night out. Amazing food and service with a lovely atmosphere. My recommendations on the menu: 14, 40, 23, 53.
On Firday evening, I went out for dinner with a friend; the service was very friendly, the food was good, and it was nice to be able to choose from a variety of dishes and then enjoy them. I don't like the decor, but that is a personal preference. It wasn't the best location, but that didn't bother us. We shared unlimited tapas, wine, and a dessert.
Great sharing tapas all you can eat. Worth the money of the amount of various of tapas 👍
