Fat Cake City

Absolutely terrible service from the lady. It looks like everything is hard work for her. You need more friendly staff as I don't feel welcome here

This place has a dont care attitude towards everything and the food is terrible, dont waste your money here or atthe spar coz both places serve disgusting food

I called in wanting to order so my husband can collect for us and nobody answered the phone we got there an the guy in front of us was waiting for the lady to take his order while she is playing on her phone she then proceeded laughing talking to one of the ladies at the back saying she's blocking the number that tried calling the shop as they must come in and order (which is me just so BTW) I got to the front and told her that I was trying to order from them an it was me calling her to place the order she literally looked at me an said she was busy that is why she didn't answer but we were 2 people in the entire shop the service is absolutely disgusting.

I have eaten Fish and Chips from another Fat Cake City and it was amazing. So I thought my experience would be the same. Needless to say, I was VERY disappointed. The dough over the fish was still raw. But burnt on the outside. The fish was also still rawish.
I would not eat at this Fat Cake City ever again

First of all they are not friendly that didnt put me off the thing that did is that i had to repeat my order 6 times and the guy behind the counter still got it wrong this place needs changes and quick because you cant run a pace like this andbe so sloppy

Besides the service from the lady taking the order the rest was just awful, sorry FCC. And I'm only referring to this branch. The chips were old and stail and tasted like fish, oh yes and there weren't fish available. The place just looks dirty and terrible state in total. I'll rather visit one of the other FCC in future. The Oakfields FCC is the close by and excellent

Horrible service, ladies behind the counter helps people with their faces stuffed with food picking their teeth and floors are disgustingly dirty. Trays where fat cakes are stored hasn't been cleaned for months. Display fridge is absolutely disgusting. Very dissatisfied.
