Came to the store at 20:11 and the staff refused to let me in because they said it is closed.
I asked at what time they close and they said between 20:15 and 20:30. It was before that period.

My visit to Eram Shoe Store today was fantastic. The store had an impressive collection of stylish and comfortable shoes for all occasions. The staff was welcoming and assisted me in finding the right pair that suited my needs. The overall shopping experience at Eram was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of quality footwear
Staff is very helpful, but there is no air conditioning, it is too hot inside and smells bad, we wanted to leave as quick as possible..
Staf members are ready to help, they speak english and french, shoes are also good and not overpriced

Staff have no direction, walked out as queued for 10 mins 1 cashier 7 staff on the floor, other cashier station was being used for training at 5pm on Black Friday…..
During discounts days very limited choice over all good collections with very good quality
