Came to the store at 20:11 and the staff refused to let me in because they said it is closed.

Easy to shop. Woman / Men in seperate buildings. You can easily focus on what to buy.

This place is the center of luxury, it has a lot os brands, the high end line of each house, very big, good service, not for every budget.
Closest shopping center to my home . It’s not big , but it’s enough to do small shopping. And here is usually not so many people so if you want to try clothes in Zara or H&M , they’re not gonna be a waiting line to fitting room , you can go just directly. And this is really great . Also there is a cinema , small cafeterias, óptica , jewelry and I even found a place where they do piercings !
To the girl working at the Paul Smith men’s shoes store (blond hair) on 7/15 @ around 5pm. I have never met someone so rude in my life. I simply asked a question of if the Jarman was also 50% off and she kept on saying hi until I said hi back. How old are we? Are you a high end sales person? I have never felt so belittled. I will be taking my business to another Paul smith store with better associates as I planned on actually buying the jarman. This girl needs to find a new job where it doesn’t involve dealing with people
Beautiful shopping centre with 2 part and little bridge on top like subway or tunnel . The entire market with middle circle which east to walk around not to get lost . It’s very spacious clean and more over washroom is free to use without any payment like Westfield shopping centre. Outside can stand to easy for visitor like us .

Don't expect a beautiful Art Nouveau passage. This one was modernised several decades ago and lost much of its charm and quirky shops. You will find most of the usual shops like Yves Rocher and L'Occitane. There is a big FNAC and Sephora. Maisons du Monde have a store on the ground floor. Nature et Decouvertes is worth a visit.
My visit to Eram Shoe Store today was fantastic. The store had an impressive collection of stylish and comfortable shoes for all occasions. The staff was welcoming and assisted me in finding the right pair that suited my needs. The overall shopping experience at Eram was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of quality footwear

The area is lively, I was frustrated that the mall is really small compared to the images published. It doesn't worth a visit if you are a tourist.
Staff is very helpful, but there is no air conditioning, it is too hot inside and smells bad, we wanted to leave as quick as possible..
Staf members are ready to help, they speak english and french, shoes are also good and not overpriced

I love this shopping mall.Really Big and Beautiful shopping mall in Paris. Very clean and organized. Amazing architecture indoors and has a great platform of different nice fashion shops and restaurants. The only shopping mall in Paris has a foot bridge leading to Galleries Lafayette. The best skate shop I have been to! The staff is really nice people and gave me real good advice, also they have so many good products to chose from!
Had to return a watch that didn't work correctly and when I came back almost 3 months later after receiving no contact from the people on the desk in the men's section where I bought it and returned it, they had no paper or digital record of my visit. They couldn't contact the manager for me and even the man on the repair desk in the other building where they sent me was surprised they couldn't call the manager. I will be demanding action and what good answers from the manager. Avoid buying a watch here.

The waiter with long hair is super friendly, and he recommends the best flavours of macarons. He is not racist and makes you feel welcome. The manager is super nice and warm to the customer. Overall a definitely better than other Lauduree shops near Eiffel Tower, will definitely visit again!
Whereas one side has more the restaurants and the cinema the other side offers the shops. The shopping mall stretches over 4 floors with brands such as Nike, H&M, Maison du Monde, fnac etc.

As an brand shopping mall , it's superb to visit anytime. There is sitting spaces while anyone get tired , can take rest there. Very clean place. FNAC , Sephora , Darty all the stores are available here. In the time of any festival , it do offer discount in each stores.

Their catchphrase is Galeries Lafayette never sleeps, but it actually does, and pretty early at 8 PM. Other than that a great place to shop for clothes. Not as crowded and touristy as the other ones.
Very well located shopping center containing many shops and brands. You can find anything you need there. Also close to gare saint lazare which makes transportation extremely easy.
Highly recommend stopping in and checking out the building at the very least. They have everything from mid price to very high priced designers. The areas are not separated by designers/manufacturers but rather by the items themselves. So an entire floor is dedicated to shoes. So much easier than going from store to store to see the different styles and choose. Walk around once, try on what you like after a lap and you are almost guaranteed to find exactly what suits you. The second hand shop had some nice choices as well, which my wife partook and grabbed a very chic leather jacket.

Loads of different designer shops here, some reasonable like Nike, Adidas and lots of expensive other shops. Very clean and nice atmosphere... not much to say apart from the Sephora experience I had.

I got an alterations service while purchasing a jean here, and I never received a mail or message update. They didn’t forget to send promotion emails to make me spend more money, but the only thing i asked for- the news of my alterations didn’t arrive.
We kept calling you but no one answered, so I managed to visit again and and i went to the ‘caisse’ but no one was there. We asked one of worker there what to do, and he said to go back to the initial caisse to ask. There was a finally lady there who said it is not her domain so she doesn’t know so ask another colleague. I asked another person and she said i should talk to another colleague. In the end. I managed to talk to the worker of the brand that i purchased the Jean, and she finally gave us the jean, saying that she also never gets as news as a customer.
I thought that you are less crowded than the one in the centre of Paris, and liked the interior design, but your management and system is just awful. I don’t know how i can call you ‘department store’, it is less unprofessional than a small local clothing store in my town.

Magasin bien rangé avec un merchandising correct, la responsable boutique antipatique, elle dévisage, parle tres froidement vraiment désagréable, les vendeuses tres dissipées, j’ai voulu retirer une commande faire en ligne on m’a orienté vers les cabines, arrivée aux cabines la vendeuse me renvoie aux caisses pourtant c’était écrit noir sur blanc, c’est comme si je n’etais pas là et que je n’attendais pas j’etendais seulement « la dame, demande a la dame ci et ça…. » je suis en face pourtant vraiment tres méprisant l’accueil

The first shopping center I visited in Paris. It is actually two buildings that are connected by a corridor on the upper floor. In one part there are separate shops. Zara, H&M, etc. You will find furniture stores on the ground floor and underground. There is also a basketball court. In the second part, you will find a cinema, restaurants, and a shop spread over several floors. You will also find some designer pieces there.
Can't say I go there for shopping, but it good for chilling. Take your coffee, book, laptop or music in the ear and enjoy them at recreation zone of the passage. There are a lot of trees and comfortable arm- chairs under them here. Amazing to have something like this inside the crowded city

Ou celles qui n’acceptent pas les codes promos??? j’ai acheté une paire de bottines, j’avais un code promo, je lui dis, elle n’accepte pas! Elle me dit oui sa marchera pas (alors que je viens de commander les mêmes pour ma sœur et mon code promo à fonctionné). Elle n’a même pas voulu prendre mon nom pour que je puisse avoir des points sur votre application. Et 40min d’attente de caisse alors qu’il y avait seulement un duo de jeune femme devant nous c’est grave.
A partir de maintenant je ne viendrais plus dans vos magasins, je fais tout en ligne.
Mais revoyez vos vendeuses incompétentes merci.

MAGASIN DÉSERT aucun vendeur à l’horizon après avoir cherché partout dans le magasin nous apercevons les vendeuses les doigts de pieds en éventail en train de rigoler et faire sécher leurs perruques dans la réserve du magasin C’EST VRAIMENT SÉRIEUX ????

Personnel super agréable et serviable, vêtements de qualité et qui taillent bien et les prix sont corrects..
Nice place to sit in a hot summer day , with my best coffee, Starbucks. I gave it 2 stars because of the toilets, we paid money, but the place is small with scary worker inside, shouting on people and pushing kids out.

Beautiful big shopping center in Paris. It is one large space with many buildings connected to each other across the street. Many interesting shops here, with many restaurants and a cinema. Nice decorations inside and friendly staff. Convenient to come, transportations are not so far, or by car with the paid parking. Love to come to shop here.

The layout of gallery is sooo amazing! It’s like shopping inside a museum and the building has so much history. The rooftop view not to be missed.

Yesterday i went to shop in Eram , as it was 50% off written outside.I brought two shoes. But they didn't give me any percentage discount. So I'm doubting on the workers. They are not fair with people who speak less French .
Simply amazing transport hub. These security officers look like they are characters in a movie. They look so very much fit and muscular, well-armed and their presence is quite intimidating at first but makes one feel safe moving about here.

J’ai fait livré le mois dernier ma commande dans ce magasin. L’accueil était une catastrophe mais le moment venu de récupérer ma commande était hallucinant... la personne avait 2 paquets à récupérer. Une fois avoir repéré le paquet dans le placard, elle le balançait par terre (cf photo)... Je suis restée sans voix. Je ne recommande pas ce magasin même pas en click and collect

You can get anything there your heart desires. Three floors of shopping and eating and trains are leaving every minute.
Great train station, front facade was under renovation at the time of my visit.... Good connectivity for various places from the station. Outside station on the left side there is a road which goes uphill, you can find the famous MELODIE Restaurant.....

Very good place for a stop during your trip using transiliens and metros, huge area. You can find there shops for clothing, to grab a snack, also there are some entertainments like a piano (free to play on which creates a beautiful ambiance) and some ecological phone chargers (you have to pedal on bikes like in a gym that give you in change the electricity for your phone)

Very large choice of t-shirts, sweatshirts and all the skate clothing. If you want to buy a skateboard here, this is the perfect place. The employees are very helpful.
