I found the food to be average. While it wasn't terrible, it wasn't anything special either.
Char kuey teow: taste was nice but kuey teow can be better if softer
Roti: nothing special
Mee Goreng: service was friendly and prompt. The food wasn’t outstanding but big portion, worth with the price

Can try this duck meat koay teow ting
Today 15/7 I came here to try chu char. The food ingredients are not less than other places. And it is worth trying. But the curry Indonesia fish is not so curry n spicy. The total I paid RM67 for this dinner.

We had some really special dishes like brinjal tao foo, stuot pork ribs. The curry fish although not spicy was flavorfil

Had mee goreng during lunch time, and recently tried the chu char at night. The dishes are somehow with pretty traditional flavour. Nice!

This is one of the best Tai Chow I have eaten in Penang.
The Fresh Kerapu Fish Head was thumbs up. Fresh seafood and with Penang famous aromatic curry and spice mix, the pot was a winner.
The Salted Chicken did not have a robust taste like those in Ipoh but this is different. It was meaty, the skin had a light crisp and an appetizing inviting taste.
The Runny Egg Bitter Gourd is quite peculiar in Penang's Tai Chow. It was an organized mess the mixed eggs that swirled around the green bittergourd. The taste was excellent.

Great dinner place which penang call chu char, is a different operator at night compared to the day. You can order dishes to be accompanied by rice. Hearty local food pleasant taste
