The clinic is a little short on space but the staff were nice and I was happy with the overall experience.

Dr. Chrissy Hines is great. The office itself is an absolute nightmare. Phone will never be answered and you are left always having to go into the office to order lenses. The person I have had to deal with in this office is rude and always claiming to be too busy to answer the phone or return calls or help in any sort of timely or pleasant manner.
My family has been going here for years. We all wear glasses but will not return thanks to the person behind the desk.
It's unfortunate but it looks like other complaints about these concerns have been ignored.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at an Optometry appointment. All of the staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Philip Crouse was incredibly personable and professional. He made the appointment easy and relaxed. I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions and all around was just a warm person to interact with. I was also pleasantly surprised when he wrote me my prescription without any defensiveness about whether or not I’d be buying glasses through their store. This is the first time I have ever been given my prescription without having to fight for it. I have been to two previous optometry offices in Calgary and both were a fight to get my prescription, which is unethical. I was so pleased with my exam that I proceeded to purchase two pairs of glasses from them.

1st time to see Dr. Theresa Taylor at North Hill Eye Clinic for my mom and me and we could not be happier with our experience. 😃 She is so thorough, explaining all of the procedures & steps throughout the exams to us. Dr. Theresa is just delightful and has a very caring and calm approach through the appointment and reviewing all of her results with us; making it so easy to understand along with the choices & options we have going forward. We hope to see Dr. Theresa again. 👍👍

Dr. Chrissy Hines was incredibly friendly to my partner and I during our first eye exam with her. She talks you through the process of each test she runs and is very caring when going over your results. Will absolutely be coming back, highly recommend!
