Capitol Hill Dinosaur Playground

One of the best parks in central Calgary, largely driven by community contributions. Swings, slides, a sandpit, communal garden, soccer pitch and baseball diamond. This park has lots going for it!

A nice, quieter park with a playground, baseball diamond, sand box, and bike ramp

Great big playground with many unique climbers, swings, slides, and even sandboxes with toys. There are wooden ramps for bikes and a big football field for kids. It's fenced all around without big buildings so it's always nice and sunny.

Lovely community area. Nicely themed park, new, small stones. Includes sandbox full of toys and wood bike ramps. Baseball diamond and field, big enough to fly small kite. No big trees except around the edges so if your kid is going to play in the sand they need hats. No seating either in the area. Benches and tables by the playground, some shaded. Beautiful community garden, well attended to, must have some great green thumbs. Fun to show children different types of plants growing and some blue plots are for public l/shared picking.
Street parking only. Fenced, so try to pick a spot by the corners, there is an openable gate in the middle.
Would be lovely to have some sort of small spray/water feature inside for hot days sometimes they design them into small sand areas if the community ever considers expanding/replacing the sandbox.
