Very nice service. They accommodated me at the very last moment, and the person described everything they were applying, during my facial.
I went for a skin analysis/facemapping. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, she has a lot of knowledge that she is happy to share. Very professional, but also very warm and welcoming. I felt very well taken care of. Even though the treatment I went for is one of the more basic ones, I felt taken seriously and Sarah took the time to hear me out and explain everything thouroughly. You can tell this is a place with knowledgeable and passionate staff
I have been a regular customer for over 5 years now and have received various treatments over time. I'm really happy with the results as my skin has significantly improved. The place is nice and all staff very professional and really sweet.
My Facial with Maria was rly good. I choose one treatment initially but she customized it to my skin care needs. After she recommended me products and proposed further treatments 😊

Awesome experience, thanks to Vanilla, who thoroughly explained the whole process to me. Because I wasn't sure which treatment to choose, I had an intro session with her to analyze my skincare routine, my skin, etc. Also during and after the treatment she gave me tons of great suggestion and explained how the different ingredients of the products work, which can help me to set up my skincare routine. Super professional!!
