This was probably the worse facial I've ever had in my life.
The cabin was noisy from the street, the aesthetician was going out of the room to fetch every single product. Her massage technique was at best approximative.
To top it all, the products used for the treatment smell absoletely awful..
Do not recommend at all.

I tried sugar waxing there and it was VERY painful. I have never experienced this pain before, and I've done it several times.

I wanted to love this place since it’s affordable and right downtown. I’ve had many facials in my life as it’s something I do to treat myself. I got the deluxe facial and it was just really bad.

She hardly did an extractions, they put the scrub on my skin but didn’t actually massage it in. There was a lot of time where I was just laying there when the woman left the room. The back massage at first was terrible. I almost got up and left. I don’t recommend this place.

Appalling service. The beautician (Sara Tavakoli) was a few minutes late (not the most professional I’ve seen, but there can be good reasons to be a few minutes late), and after leading me to the treatment room, left, saying she would return soon. Long story short, 26 minutes into the 60-minute pedicure treatment, all that happened is that I sat alone in a room with my feet wet, and Sara is still nowhere in sight. In fact, she was so removed that I stood up, dried my feet, walked across the floor, up the stairs, and out of the building without her noticing. If you define pedicure as “wet feet”, this place will meet your expectations. However, if you would like an actual pedicure, go elsewhere.

Horrible service . In my life I have never met so much rudeness...I was treated with rudeness and superficiality. I asked in English for an appointment for waxing I was coldly looked and I was told that I was in the wrong place and that for me they had no place ... I came out almost in tears. I repeat in my life I never have been treated with so much rudeness. Some people doing a job with the public should be more educated or they should change jobs.I think there are so many ways to handle a rejection even if frankly I did not understand why I was denied an appointment, I would have asked only a motivation with education. I am sorry that there is no possibility to set zero stars.

Went there recently for a manicure and got out with two bleeding, hurting nail beds. I havn't experienced such a painful manicure before ever! They charged me the full price. After confronting the owner by E-mail+fotos, I received an E-mail back, saying that would be normal-thinks like that happen, and they could give me nail oil to ease the pain, which isn't doing anything good for an open wound. I am sorry but I really cannot recommend this place.
