Very good service. The place was packed when we arrived so had to wait outside 15 min, got to look at the menu meanwhile.
We ordered 3 different meals, all wonderful. No complaints. The drinks were also very tasty, can recommend passion martini!

The place is knows for having a waiting queue time and not extremely fast service, but we were fully aware of it.
The food is generally nice but average, probably not many “healthy” options.
Not so many vegans options.
Price is average (for a brunch in Goteborg).
Waitresses were nice.
Overall, nice for a brunch if you don’t mind waiting.

My second time here and I love it. A cozy restaurant with a casual atmosphere and a menu that screams brunch!
All the dishes I have tried so far have been delicious. The drink selection is good for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic option. Pricing is also reasonable. This time we paid around 500kr for 2 dishes, an alcoholic drink and a non-alcoholic one which feels average.
I personally love the decorations and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to bring a diverse range of people. The only downside for me is that the location is a little bit too small. Some of the seats are nice and comfortable, but others are less accessible. Normally it is fine, but this place is quite popular and during peak hours the options to select seats might be limited. Nonetheless, I highly recommend and would personally definitely go back again.

Very disappointing brunch at Brunchoteket!
Known (usually) for its delicious menu and more than decent portion size we were served with visually unappealing, tasteless and undersized meals.
The chef and waitress must have taken one look at the burnt bacon and thought “hmm, this looks delightful…the customer will love it! They’ve been waiting in line for 30 mins…surely they should be grateful they’re even being served food!”
I showed photos of previous meals to the waitress (who did apologize and spoke to the manager) and the ones we had today.
The manger didn’t make any effort to talk to me but asked the waitress to check if I had paid the bill…and I had done that already.
For the record even if I was given a discount or a free meal the 1 star rating would not have changed.
For that Brunchoteket have to work on their food - taste, presentation and serving size. If they get these 3 right customers might grumble about overpriced dishes but will walk away with a happy belly and a full smile.

A fairly decent brunch spot. The wait time during my visit was 45 minutes and unfortunately the chicken was lukewarm (chicken and waffles). Because the wait time was so long without reasons, we had to turn dining in to take out. Very nice atmosphere but small portions.

The food is okay, not amazing. The portions are way too small for the steep prices. If they are going to charge such high prices, they really need to double the portions. Definitely not coming back.
I found this brunch spot through tiktok and I definitely felt that the food was slightly underwhelming — not that it wasn’t good but it definitely did not live up to the hype. The coffee wasn’t the best, the nutella french toast barely had nutella and the fried chicken sandwich was slightly dry.
If i had to recommend something I’d definitely go for the apple crumble pancakes! It was one of the specials and my friends and I nearly missed it so make sure to look out for the specials board!!
To avoid the crowd aim to get to this brunch spot before noon!
