Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse

Our 7th-anniversary celebration at Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse was made even more special thanks to Thomas, our attentive and knowledgeable server. He went above and beyond to ensure that our evening was memorable. He offered excellent recommendations from the menu and made sure our dining experience was top-notch. It’s these personal touches and exceptional service that set Berrelli’s apart. Our anniversary dinner was truly a night to remember, and we can’t thank Thomas and the whole team enough for their outstanding hospitality and delicious cuisine.

Excellent dinner tonight at Berrelli's! Confused to see a 3.8 rating, definitely not our experience! Food was excellent, well-executed and plentiful. Pictures of our entrees: the bone-in veal chop Parmesan, seafood risotto, and sea scallops with side broccolini and potatoes. The veal chop was huge; my husband could only finish half of it! My stepdaughter's seafood risotto was full of flavor and the shellfish was perfectly cooked. My scallops were EXCELLENT and the pureed and orange reduction were exquisite. Our server was sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommend.

Worst experience I’ve had at a reataurant. First, we waited for over an hour for the food. Three children, hungry. No follow up on timing. Finally, the food comes. My mussel dish comes but there were no mussels inside the shells. The waiter takes it back says they will redo. Twenty minutes later he comes back says the mussels are bad batch, order anything from the menu. By this time we’ve been there 2 hours and our evening plans are ruined. I said no thank you. Atmosphere was ruined because we were waiting for so long for our food. They offer dessert and take the payment of one dish off the bill.

Right after we pay, manager comes by and says so sorry for the inconvenience, the entire meal is on us. So, we say ok they redeemed themselves some. Two minutes later manager comes back and says sorry I meant to say what I said to you to another table. We gave you free deserts so you are good to go, we still charging for your meal. It was over $250 gone to waste.

Wow, what a punch in the balls.

The parm dishes are dry, along with the sides of pasta. They fry the chicken cutlets and eggplant until dark brown (overcooked). The sauce is kept light almost nonexistent and is light in flavor. Pasta is sauced, then plated. Basically sauce flavored pasta is best to described. Server was good. Probably won’t return for a while. Nice atmosphere tho.

Wow. What a disappointment. We were here a few years ago and made it a point to return here as it was truly the best Italian food either of us had ever had with amazing flavor profiles and extensive and creative menu-not anymore. No different than Olive Garden quality, but with less flavor. Like a completely different restaurant. We would not return

Came the opening weekend. Service staff was absolutely wonderful but overall service was SLOW. We did have a large group so we expected to wait quite a while, but took us 50 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine and a platter of bread. Rest of the drinks came almost 90 minutes after being seated. Once the food finally arrived it was delicious. Totally understand being understaffed, but disappointing experience for the price of the place.

We had a wonderful experience at Berrelli's!! We were running tad late and were still welcome with open arms. We have a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed the amazing food that was served. Our waiter went above and beyond, amazing service!! I would highly recommend.
