We see Dr Ola who is always lovely. The reception staff are helpful and receptive to children asking questions. Great medical centre

Came in as a new patient for a skin check with Dr Reshmi Sheheli who has a sub specialisation in skin cancer. Was very happy with her thorough and professional approach. As I have a healthcare background, I was pleased to have my questions answered clearly and all findings explained in context. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Other family members have previously seen Dr James Quinn and they were also very happy with his professional service and knowledge as a GP. Out of pocket prices for consultation and skin check were reasonable and kids (younger than 16) are bulk billed. Parking was also onsite with plenty of spaces and easy access to the reception. Although needing a bit of an internal renovation, I would recommend Diamond Creek Medical Centre and either Dr Sheheli or Dr Quinn based on our experiences so far.

I have frequented this clinic since 2016 and have always felt valued as an individual starting with the many friendly receptionists. I have been treated by at least 5 different medical staff in this time and have always found all to be caring and attentive to my health issues. You only get what you pay for and that is quality care for me. Keep up the excellent standard DCMC as clinics such as yours are few and far between.

The rudest receptionist. I'm not the only one who has had this issue. Extremely rude over the phone. She's an older woman. No phone manner and no professional skills. You would think a receptionist of a medical skills would have empathy and a good nature as part of the job description but apparently you can hate your job and take your anger out on the patients

I recently attended the clinic with my 15yo son who needed to see a doctor urgently. The girls at reception were so obliging and helpful as they were able to fit me in with my son when I stressed the urgency. When we arrived they were all so helpful providing a room for him to lay down and rest whilst waiting to be attended to. My son was administered by Dr.Greta Meredith who was fantastic in every way, assessing all aspects of his health and providing me the surety that everything was ok with him. I can't stress highly enough how helpful the clinic and the girls were and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this practice for future, I know I will be back again. - Thank you D.C Medical Centre..

I have just joined this clinic as my doctor moved from another practice. My daughter has had an accident with the back of her earring embedded inside her earlobe. As of today, no new clients apparently. As she is a child and needs attention I would have thought the need to help would be the exception, but no, rules are rules. Not impressed with my new clinic or the receptionist's manner

Where do I begin? Called the Clinic today on a Saturday not knowing that they are closed but they answered and said they were taking new patients. Took some information about my 18 year old son who was looking to see a Doctor and said he could come in at 10:30. My son went into the clinic through the main doors and shortly followed by the Doctor who arrived just after him. He saw the Doctor and then was asked to complete his paperwork after the 5 minute visit. After completing his paperwork and ready to leave, the receptionist then proceeded to tell him that they do not bulk bill and that he is required to pay for the visit. Being placed on the spot my son paid for the visit and called me after the fact asking why we sent him there if it was not a bulk billing clinic. I told him when we called that never once did she mention that they were a private clinic or did not bulk bill or the fact that they are closed on a Saturday, he was never told at the clinic prior to the appointment and both the Doctor and the receptionist left after his appointment and no longer answering the phone as they are closed and should not have been seeing patients on a Saturday anyway. Can’t understand if they are closed they can answer the phone to make an appointment but no longer answer the phone for the rest of the morning Going to take this further because for a sore throat they charge my son $80 for a surgery consultation. He could have driven to his regular Dr, filled up his car with Petrol and had breakfast. Not a point about the money but 100% about lack of communication towards new clients as I have called 3 other clinics in the area and each one of them say they tell ALL patients prior to becoming a patient that they do not bulk bill and are private.
