The first time Iam coming to zulekha hospital..From the front desk staff, they helped me alot without any hesitation. For the simple things also they doing in proper way with smiling face. Iam really thankfull to Mr.Ahmad Jamal and Ms.fazila

From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. Nice and clean place. Great job everyone!

Im only visiting Zulekha hospital only thanks to the well qualified and trained doctors there. There is huge gambling between insurance team and pharmacy team. We have to keep waiting for insurance approvals and at least 1 out of 4 meds will not be covered. We have to keep calling insurance to double check if its covered or not! Even though everything is automated in zulekha hospital sharjah the pharmacy team takes their own sweet time to send prescriptions for approvals. Really ridiculous and not streamlined being such a very dominant name in UAE. The insurance people keeps rejecting for silly reasons but the process is hospital pharmacy can re submit which they can easily do, but they wont until we go and tell them. If we are not alert we will loose a lot of money infact while visiting the hospital.

Experienced Rude Attitude of nursing staff which should be considered by the management as a part customer service enhancement and the lab department is not bothering to contact the patient to collect the reports, even though after providing e mail address through phone call. Management should look around to provide better service to the patients.

I was admitted here for 4 days in critical stage in 2017. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The doctors and nurses here were wonderful and caring. God bless them wherever they are now.

Very awesome centre and friendly staff, convince place parking are available I highly recommend this place for medical test centre for visa purposes

Done my Surgical procedure june 6 2023.Dra Humeera is the best Doctor thanks to her and with her asistant dra.Sikina who gave complete info b4 the procedure.shout out to Dra Shabna for Anesthetic for a job well done....nurses are nice thanks too to asistant nurse HABIBA who is so dedicated to her job salute you sister😘 thanks to every body who is there to help me out during my surgical procedure clean room good meal ....i salute you all😘😘😘
