Cars broken into with no security. Random liquid leaks from the building that strip the paint off your car. Random price increases with no warning. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst garage ever. They are illegally increasing the price of the garage and are illegally enforcing rules that were not agreed upon in the contract.

One Parking has provided a poor experience for recently raising the monthly rate by 20%. Communication to parking tenants has been sporadic and curt. EV parking spaces were added only to be taken up by non-EV vehicles most of the time. Pipes throughout the garage leak onto vehicles. As a customer I feel like they would rather be rid of me and capitalize on the high rates they can charge day parkers attending D.C. United and Nationals games.

Bad communication with Parkers. Increased monthly rate by 20 percent without giving notice, just increased the monthly rate on the invoice.

One Parking has provided the absolute worst parking garage experience I have ever had. No only do they have several issues, including leaking pipes, inadequate security and a maze of a garage to navigate, but they are also extremely unprofessional.
Parking per month was set at $255 for residents when moving it. One Parking decided to increase that to $305 – even applying to existing residents mid-lease, which I have not seen any other building in Washington, DC do before. Not only that, but they did not provide ANY notice of the increase. One month it was $255 and the next it jumped by nearly 20% on the bill. When we emailed to ask about this increase, we never received any response.
