Hyde Addison Administers did not inform parent that their child had been threatened to be unalived by another student until nearly three hours after the threat was received. Katie Mustian, Assistant Principal, refused to tell the parent of the child who had been threatened, the name of the student whom expressed intent to unalive their child and refused to inform the parent if other student was removed from school premises. When asked if the student who had been threatened was expected to return to school the next day , Ms. Mustian provided what was received as a “tone death” response of “the school will be open tomorrow”. The student who expressed intent to unalive other child remained in classes the next day and made physical contact with the “would be victim”. When informed that a second encounter had occurred, Ms. Mustian stated that she was not aware and “had been in a meeting” and requested the parent of the threatened child “make an appointment” to discuss their concerns. Ms. Mustian did not inform the concerned parent of any immediate action that was to be taken to stop the “self-confessed would be murderer” from accessing their “would be victim” as she stated that she needed to “return to meeting”. Concerned parent also attempted to plead with school Principal to immediately take action but was told that he was “unavailable and in a meeting”. When child who was threatened informed staff that they “felt unsafe” after second encounter, they were told by staff to “just stay away” from other student. The student who expressed intent to unalive other child remains in classes at Hyde-Addison without the full awareness of each parent whom also sends their children to school each morning.

They tell you will move on the the next step in the hiring process but send a ‘email saying that they filled up the spot and they know they didn’t fill up all them spots

I've been having problems with getting my son picked up on time, my son cry's because he wants to go to school. We're parents that aren't always physically able to get the bus to take him to school. We depend on (OSSE) Transportation to pick up and drop off every day and the service is awful. I'm on the phone right now with OSSE for 43 minutes and have not spoken to anyone as of yet. I'm a very disappointed and upset with the handling the problems. I rate OSSE a BIG FAT ZERO

They do not answer the phone and are never in the office. They system is delaying my hiring process and every single person I talk to is sending me in circles. They do not answer help desk ticket so I am not sure what they are getting paid to do. But it is clearly not their job.

You failed tremendously with transporting Joann McCray's son to school, how do you forget about an autistic child that has been in your system for years. SADLY, you all have shown you lack integrity and compassion when refusing to reimburse the family when you know their finances are limited.

The most unprofessional , unorganized company for kids with disabilities . This company needs to be investigated because their respect level , transportation errors, always late , non trained staff is ridiculous. It's sad that you have to decide to take your own child to school because the services provided to them are horrible .

Some very nice and professional staff members that works on the school buses. But it lacks a lot of structure. Sometimes they don't come, come late or fail to follow their own policies. Not well organized
