Food Hall

Street food style place. Food taste is pretty good - though meat in my dish was cold inside :(. However, staff warmed it up immediately. Food is good, staff is courteous and friendly.

Loved the ambience of this place. Had the Soft shell crab, Fried chicken Nasi Goreng & Satay Chicken. All very tasty. What a hidden gem!!

Only redeeming quality is that it opens 24 hours.
Had THE worst corn cheese dish - literally JUST a flat layer of dry corn with shredded cheese on top. Seems like it was microwaved to melt the cheese and then some furikake was sprinkled on top to make it look slightly more appealing. No mayo or anything else.
Almost came off the plate as one big disc of corn.

Also ordered kimchi dumplings which were evidently bought from the local grocers. They were smothered in way to much Kewpie mayo and sirarcha mayo to even be able to taste the dumpling filling.

Terrible $23 spent

Great little find down a backstreet in Flinders Street. Open 24/7 so was perfect for a late dinner after a full day out. Lots of meat and veggie options available from a handful of different retailers including Thai and Italian cuisine.

Came at around 8pm, surcharge is after midnight or 1am.

The chicken entree came last and late, we almost thought it wasn’t coming. The sauce was nice but wasn’t cooked with the chicken, just placed over and slipped off so tried to scoop when biting the chicken.

The pad Thai came in a good size for me and still took some home, though it did taste a bit ick after a while. I don’t know how to articulate it properly but the flavour just changed the more I was eating it and couldn’t continue.

Nasi Goreng, chicken had good seasoning. Fried rice was also good

I've been here before at various times and this time I had the nasi lemak and it taste great for the price. That said this place is 100% a street food hall, like Singapore/Malaysia food hall but with better service and it lives up to its name. So I'd recommend this place if you're missing that type of food.

We enjoyed our meal here. Didn’t even know this place existed until we walked past on the main street. We had pad thai and fried chicken. There was no one at 9am.
