Naperville Florist

We wanted to hire Grace-the main designer for Naperville Florist. We came in and talked about what we wanted on our first appointment with her. Grace told us to come back after two weeks as she would prepare us a sample for the centerpiece. We were back on time to find that she “forgot” about it.

The disappointment is we live in downtown Chicago and we had to drive one hour for this appointment.

They’re so sweet and I feel so bad. I had to do 2 last minute runs and they always come through. Both for 4th of July and now my mom’s bday, the owner had to scramble for me and I'm so thankful. Plus the prices are way more reasonable than what I would see at other places online.

I live out of state and Naperville Florist did an excellent job of creating a beautiful arrangement for a friend’s birthday. She absolutely loved it.

Naperville Florist does a beautiful job of creating amazing floral arrangements for all occasions. Today was no exception. They created exactly what we ordered right down to the smallest detail. We could not have been more satisfied with their flowers and service.

We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers at Easter from my family in Florida. Naperville Florist did an amazing job! My mom commented that not very often do you get a bouquet that really looks like it did in the photo… And this did! We’ve enjoyed it all week!

Amazing - ordered a birthday bouquet from here the night before, and were delivered midday. Bouquet was so beautiful - surprisingly looked better than the picture online! Also had a good experience with them over the phone changing some of the information I had initially entered online. Great shop - will get flowers from here again!

I walked in with a windchime and an idea in my head about what I wanted the arrangement to look like. They far surpassed any idea I had and made the most beautiful piece for my sister-in-law's mother's funeral. I cannot thank them enough for their special attention and care. I will be ordering from them every time I can. Thank you!
