I went into this location last minute to find outfits for a trip I was leaving for the next day. I had minimum time to shop because I had to be to work within an hour. Matt (I believe that’s his name) stopped me and let me know that he’s available if I needed help. After walking in circles I finally asked for his assistance. Within 15 minutes we had several outfits paired together that matched shoes I already owned. Typically when I shop without trying on, majority of my purchase is returned. Everything fit and looked good together. Thank you so much Matt, you’re a life saver!!!
I enjoy going to this location but I just wish the jeans didn’t cost an arm and a leg 😭 luckily I only go once a year! It’s always clean and the workers are always helpful
Great service by Maribel, the assistant GM. She happily exchanged and reordered 2 items for me. No fuss, easy peasy. Thank you Old Navy for great prices, fun clothing, and great staff!
I gave three starts because the gentleman was nice. But the fact they don’t Donne transaction for exchanges is bizarre. If you order online they return it and you wait for money back. Then got to rebuy same item in new transaction. Only store I’ve heard of doing this.
Ellyn was amazing! Took care of all my needs and anticipated my questions before I even asked them! Was blown away by her customer service and will definitely be returning here next time I feel like browsing for clothes! ☺️
I loved Old Navy a decade ago. It's a hit or miss. It's currently a miss. All those partitions, I felt like I was in a maze . It's too much,and places the merchandise too close together. It looked cluttered . Didn't find any reasonable prices for the quality of clothing Old Navy
