Accounting 4 DC LLC

I engaged Accounting 4 DC for first time this year as I moved from a salaried executive to now consulting with some other sources of revenue. I've managed large financials for non-profits, but had found myself confused on my own taxes. Accounting 4 DC provided outstanding service including clarity and timeliness of responses. I've engaged large firms for years on services for organizations, and can't think of a time where level of service came close to what Accounting 4 DC provided me. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Stephanie Gibney to do both my quarterly estimated taxes as an independent contractor, and my annual return along with my husband's, jointly. I had a very complicated (to me!) tax situation, but Stephanie was nothing but informative and patient throughout, and she ended up helping me straighten everything out. She was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my many questions, and she helped me to not only understand how best to navigate my tax situation, but to feel comfortable doing so. Both Stephanie and Kimberly were superb in their tax service, responsiveness, and ease of doing business. I live overseas and had a large time gap between when I'm available and when Accounting 4 DC LLC were open for business, but never have I ever had an issue with working with both of them or their team at large despite this time difference. Stephanie Gibney of Accounting 4 DC LLC was absolutely superb. We experienced a death in the family in March of this year. One of the many outstanding things that needed to be completed was a particularly complex tax return. Despite the lateness in reaching out to Ms. Gibney in the middle of a busy tax season, she graciously took on our situation. She even filed an extension for us to preclude any IRS penalty fees for what would be a late filing. The portal used to upload tax documents is super easy to use, she communicated directly with us to let us know what was completed and that she received the necessary documents. To top it off...Ms. Gibney DID get the taxes done and filed well before the tax deadline for this year's filing...simply amazing! She took what was a major stressor for us and made it go away. AND for an incredibly reasonable fee...we will continue to engage her for all our family tax filings...she is that good! Strongly recommend Ms. Gibney and Accounting 4 DC LLC for your tax and accounting needs.
