Decent airline, I flew economy, it was okay; nothing amazing but nothing bad either.
The do not have staff to answer phone. I lost an item on the plane in Taipei and was told to file Loss & Found when I got back. It charged me $37 just to submit the report with no one ever contact me whether the item was found or not. Worse yet, the emails I sent to both L&F page and the airlines' customer services got bounced!!! I had to complain to Paypal where I paid the report fees to get refund! I'll never ever fly this airlines again!!!

Pretty good airline. I flew for 14 hours non stop from Los Angeles to Taipei on the 777-300er. The meals were pretty decent and there was a wide variety of movie selections. I did notice a broken seat on the plane though. When flying to Taipei, the airline gave us slippers to use and mini candy bars. On the way back from Taipei to Los Angeles, they did not hand out any slippers at all, but I did see them stashed away in a flight attendant cart. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the airline and I would fly it again!
