La Fortuna Waterfall Bungalows

5 Private, pretty, clean bungalows with veranda. On the lower part of the volcano mountain (but no direct view as facing downhill). Very friendly staff. This is for people with cars because it’s a 25min walk (up a hill) to the centre. Breakfast available for $6-7.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and wonderful ladies who are so helpful in local attractions! Our first bungalow had a bed that was a bit too soft for our backs and we were able to change when another bungalow became available for us! We had a 10 day stay and it was wonderful knowing when they needed to clean the room. We got to see a little hummingbird on the nest with Carla’s help too♥️

Clean, comfortable and spacious! A really great place to stay at an affordable price. The service was superb, and staff extremely friendly. I had a special request which was carried out to perfection with nothing but smiles.

These little bungalows are super cute and comfortable! There is a hot shower with good water pressure and a little mini fridge/kitchenette area. I couldn’t believe how cheap the nightly rate was for such a cute, clean and comfortable stay. Carla and her staff are amazingly helpful as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

The price was so reasonable for these bungalows, that we actually thought it must be a hostel with shared bathrooms, etc. But no! Beautiful little private cabins with bathrooms. We really loved it! They were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!!!!

I stayed here with my friends. Everything was wonderful! This is really a gem! I have no complaints. The bungalows were clean and aesthetically pleasing, the bed was comfy, the owner was very communicative and attentive... It's a great place to stay, and for such an affordable price! The $5 breakfasts were tasty and the owner was the sweetest woman who helped us schedule visits and rides to various locations. The place is also within walking distance of several good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and awesome bungalow to spend a few days. Birds chirping, clean rooms, and Carla and her team will go out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!
