A very historic and glorious place. I advise you to ask for the automatic hearing aid (the receptionist can set it to any language preference)

For the best experience, get with you the normal earphones so you can plug it in the hearing aid which they provide so you don’t stay all the tour holding the hearing aid with your hand to your ear.

This palace has the advantage of small entrance price .and its placement facing the bosphor .
So beautiful and antique inside .unfortunately no photos are allowed .

Very beautiful but no reason for you being a paying customer and not being allowed to take photos! Makes no sense
Tickets are more reasonable than other attractions in Istanbul, but still, it’s not free and there’s no reason as to why you wouldn’t be able to take photos.
Super gorgeous palace with incredible views of the bosphorus!
The staff doesn’t speak great english but everyone was nice enough. The gentleman at the entrance of the castle was super friendly, everyone could learn from him!
Very sad that most of the installations are closed, the kiosks and the gardens are off limits, very disappointing as they looked beautiful from the pictures.
The palace is very beautiful but very small, to see everything should take you 30min. The audio guide isn’t very informative, as it mostly tells you the make of the chandeliers (spoilers: they’re all the same)

One of best Ottoman Castles on the Asian site.. A must visit if you love Istanbul's Asian side.. The castle is not very big.. 1-2 hours is enough... Very beautiful rooms and architecture.. The price is 200 TL for each Person.. A good view on Bosphorus is stunning...
Well organised , not crowded. Ticket price is reasonable. The furniture is well preserved.Unfortunately taking photos inside is not allowed and large part of the garden is closed for visitors. Having a drink and or a snack at the cafeterias there is very relaxing. I enjoyed every minute there.
I recommend going alone and not with tour guides. they won’t let you take your time . They give you a remote like device that tells you what every room is and it’s history it comes in various languages.I love the way they narrate what every room is for. I prefer it over listening to a tour guide talking because you can repeat it .

This castle is an enchanting must-visit, embodying history and serenity in one place.
This was the summer palace of Ottoman Sultans. It is located in Üsküdar, along the Bosporus. As photography is not allowed inside the museum, this post will not unfortunately include any photos. Ceilings and crystal chandeliers of each room, were the most beautiful ornaments that I had seen until then. The palace garden is big, green, surrounded with high orchid trees. There is a small cafeteria with hot and cold drinks, as well as salads, toasts and pastries.
